Insgesamt ok🙋‍♂️
Pros:

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Ruhige Lage. Im Hotel selber hatten wir uns vom Essen mehr versprochen. Der Pool war gut und der Fahrdienst zum Strand

Pros:

Il fatto che si trova in mezzo ad una riserva naturale e quindi si trovano molti spazi alberati e ombreggianti

Cons:

Struttura vecchiotta e poco confortevole, piscina termale negli spazi attorno sporca e priva di servizi , piscina esterna con pochi ombrelloni e sdraio vecchie ed usurate, servizio navetta per il mare pessimo solo due trenini per tre strutture piene ! Cibo mediocre e animazione scarsa

Le parc est très beau , avec terrain de sport tennis, paddle mini golf

Pâtisserie au petit déjeuner plutôt bonne

Personnel plutôt sympathique

Cons:

Les repas très bas de gamme peu diversifié, petit dejeuner avec un ersatz d orange et fruit en conserve exception faite des kiwi et pomme, pourtant mettre de la pasteque du melon ou de l ananas frais ne coute pas si cher. BAR all inclusive très limité. Piscine avec musique bien trop forte, plage difficilement accessible à pied.

Les photos sont bien travaillé pour donner une illusion de haut de gamme

Schöne klassische italienische Anlage
Pros:

Tolle ruhige Lage inmitten von Olivenhainen! Wunderschöner Strand, auch wenn das Meer im Mai noch recht kühl war. Strandliegen inklusive, Bar am Strand inklusive; Mahlzeiten vielfältig und ausreichend. Personal super hilfsbereit und freundlich; viele Gäste aus Italien und Frankreich

Getränke wurden teilweise nur im Pappbecher gereicht, dadurch entstand viel Müll;

Il soggiorno presso MClub Alicudi è stato un’esperienza estremamente positiva, sotto ogni punto di vista. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la professionalità, la cordialità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff: dalla reception, sempre disponibile e accogliente, al team di animazione, composto da ragazzi simpatici e pieni di energia, capaci di coinvolgere tutti con vari intrattenimenti, dai più grandi ai più piccoli, offrendo anche un valido servizio di miniclub, fino agli addetti della sala ristorante e del bar, sempre attenti e sorridenti. Un plauso anche al personale delle pulizie, che ha garantito ambienti sempre impeccabili e curati.
Ottima anche la ristorazione: i pasti erano vari e ben preparati, con una buona scelta di piatti sia locali che internazionali. La qualità degli ingredienti era evidente e il buffet sempre rifornito. Ho apprezzato in particolare la cura nella presentazione e l’attenzione verso le diverse esigenze alimentari.
Molto comodi anche i servizi offerti dalla struttura, tra cui la presenza del trenino che accompagna alla spiaggia, dove è disponibile un servizio di ombrelloni e sdraio. Apprezzate anche la piscina esterna e la piscina termale al coperto, ideali per momenti di relax in ogni momento della giornata.
La struttura è ben organizzata e offre servizi di qualità, ideali per chi desidera rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza senza pensieri. L’atmosfera è piacevole e accogliente, e si percepisce una grande attenzione verso il cliente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, buona organizzazione e un servizio davvero all’altezza.

Un très bon hôtel pour déconnecter !
Pros:

Le personnel est très attentionné. La plage est accessible et très agréable (beaucoup de transats, parasols). La variété des menus est un +. Le coin sportif est très bien aménagé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toujours propres.

3 nuits très bien pour nous
Pros:

Les plats régionaux sont excellents, frais et de bonne qualité. La gentillesse et l'hospitalité du personnel (bar, restaurant, réception et, de manière générale, l'ensemble du personnel) sont appréciables. La taille de la chambre (avec salon/terrasse), la plage privée (peu fréquentée car ce n'est pas encore la haute saison) et le grand domaine bien entretenu avec ses jardins sont également des atouts. Le cadeau une bouteille et sweets.

Cons:

La salle de sport n'était pas ouverte, le jour je voudrais, la piscine thermale pas prête mais ouverte (pas propre), l'eau de la piscine extérieure n'est pas chaude, la mer est froide cette periode donc j'ai pas bien profité de la baignade.

Preis/Leistung…. Es war sehr billig….. dachte nicht dass die Leistung auch billig wird.

Cons:

Für mich ist dies kein Hotel. Eher Camping mit dem Scharm einer Militärkaserne. Die Qualität der Essräume ist mit einem Schlachthaus zu vergleichen, und die Qualität des Essens ist bei einer Skala von 0-10, bei 2,5…… aber nur mit sehr viele zugedrückten Augen
