Located in a crowded area but there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
Parking was very inconvenient in the small basement. Not easy to manoeuvre. Lifts from basement weren't working.
It's always my first choice when i come to Jeddah.. the team, including the recipient team and service team, are very hospital and nice and willing always to support.
I stayed in an apartment which was spacious and hosts 4 people. We rented two of these as we were a family of 8. Plus, the location was really good.
I booked two 4-person apartments at Quiet Dreams for 8 guests, and naturally expected 8 towels, which is standard for any hotel or serviced apartment. Instead, the staff initially gave us only a few towels and then refused to provide the full number, despite multiple polite requests.
They kept trying to negotiate down the number of towels, as if we were asking for something unreasonable. When I explained clearly that we didn’t want to share towels, one staff member simply gave a dismissive expression — no apology, no action. The next day, I had to escalate the issue to the manager, who thankfully gave us the towels immediately without argument — but it should never have had to go that far.
The room itself was fine, but the attitude and handling of a very basic request was disappointing. I shouldn’t have to fight for clean towels for two fully paid apartments for 8 people. It reflects a poor understanding of basic hospitality and guest comfort.
Plus, don’t expect a daily cleaning of your room or provision of toilet paper. They won’t offer to clean your room during your stay - luckily I was not there for long.

They called me after med night and ring the doo asking for the hair dryer seems was the only one in the hotel 🙃
