Kamarnya bersih, ada mesin cuci, microwave, kompor, sangat membantu. Lokasi dekat ke kota. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Saya tiba lebih awal dari jam check-in tapi diperbolehkan naik kekamar karena kamarnya sudah siap.

Cons:

Tidak ada dispenser air. Boleh dipertimbangkan untuk menyediakan sarapan, terutama di musim dingin.

Wonderful and cozy stay.

我已经是第二次入住这家酒店避暑，去年第一次入住就十分滿意。在札幌，这家酒店性价比最高，地理位置也好，距中岛公园、薄野、狸小路、机场大巴和地铁站都很近，出行和购物都很方便，又比较安静。房间有小厨房，可以借厨具，对于我们这样长期居住的人能够自己做饭。尤其是酒店的工作人员十分友好，为顾客着想，把我分散的预定连在一起，住同一个房间。期间我前往他地，回来时工作人员已将厨具放在房间里。进出酒店时工作人员也会和我们聊几句天，如一家人一般。如果明年还到北海道避暑，我还会住这家酒店。

Quiet location close to center
Pros:

Large room with living room area and separate bedroom area.
Kitchen inside cupboard was clever.
Washing machine in the room. Large shower room with bathtub.
Aircon temperature adjustable.
Large fridge freezer. Microwave & kettle.

Cons:

Plates, cups, chopsticks, etc not in the rooms. Have to request them from front desk but there was no information about this.
