Pros:

Хороший отзывчивый персонал, но не хватает организации и контроля. Хороший завтрак но мухи сидят на продуктах и фруктах и нет липких лент, чтобы их ловить или накрыть, это же не трудно сделать!
Возят на пляжи лежаки бесплатно - за наши деньги, но автобус до 18.00, а на пляже хочется побыть до вечера.

Cons:

Мухи на еде в ресторане!
Номер оказался без холодильника и мы ждали 2 дня пока его нам установят!
Автобус- Sprinter MB маленький, который везёт на пляж имеет 20 посадочных мест и людям приходится стоять во время движения автобуса по дороге! Когда едет с пляжа в 12.00 к обеду или последний рейс в 18.00 не все люди помещаются и они остаются на пляже и ждут следующий рейс!

Mooi schone zwembad, rustige omgeving.

Cons:

Ver van de stad en de zee.
Alles heel eenvoudig maar een goede prijsverhoging, het was niet zo duur.

Disappointing stay at Lara Garden Hotel, Antalya

Unfortunately, our stay at Lara Garden Hotel did not live up to expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the service felt unwelcoming. The reception staff did not greet or welcome us upon arrival, which gave a poor first impression.

The breakfast was poor, with a very limited selection, especially for a hotel catering to international tourists. It lacked variety and overall quality. The omelets served were often undercooked, which was unacceptable.

The reception staff were not very helpful and sometimes came across as rude. We asked if we could watch a World Cup match on the TV in the reception area and were told it wasn’t possible. However, just two days later, they were showing a match there, which felt inconsistent and unprofessional.

There was also no information provided about the beach, which was disappointing and made it difficult to plan our stay.

The hotel advertises three swimming pools, but during our stay only one was actually available. This felt misleading.

There were also insects in our room, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the TV in the bedroom didn’t work for three days. Even though we reported it multiple times, nothing was done until we repeatedly went down to reception ourselves.

In addition, there was no furniture on the balcony for the first three days of our stay, which reduced our comfort and enjoyment of the room.

Overall, we were very disappointed. The hotel does not match what is advertised, and the service level needs significant improvement.

Das Personal war stets freundlich. Das Essen gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, nur bei aktivem Einwirken wurde mal gereinigt, Minibar nicht aufgefüllt. Beach-Transfer kam mal irgendwann vorbei, trotz vorgegebener Zeiten. Personal fühlte sich dafür nicht richtig verantwortlich und kümmerte sie auch nicht richtig. Strandabschnitt vom Hitel ist ca.15 Minuten Fahrt weg entfernt. Keine Verpflegung am Strand.

Pros:

A külső medence és környezete nagyon szép.

Cons:

Meg próbáltak egy dohos luk szobat adni ahol nem lehetett még ablakot se nyitni, a foglalt erkélyes szoba helyett( vita árán sikerült kicserélni)
10 euró egy borzasztó koktélnak nem nevezhető lötty. A klímát nem lehetett állítani.
