Staffs doesnt have no manner to communicate
And all the sheets were full of holes where even my leg got stuck in the middle of the night
I stayed here for one night and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. I had booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the front desk staff had no idea about my reservation and had to call someone else to confirm it. This felt very unprofessional. After a few minutes, they finally handed me the room key, but didn’t mention anything about check-in/check-out times, breakfast timings, WiFi, or even which floor the room was on—just said “Room 502.”
The room itself was decent, but it had several issues. The telephone was broken, no toiletries were provided as mentioned online, and although the room was booked for two people, we were given only one towel. The bathroom was also pretty dirty, which was very disappointing.
Breakfast was very basic—nothing available except bread and egg.
During checkout, I was asked to wait while they “checked the room,” which made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a guest. Since I travel a lot for work, this was the very first time I was asked to wait for someone to verify the room before letting me leave. It was an uneasy and unnecessary moment that added to the overall dissatisfaction.
Overall, the stay could have been much better. The hotel really needs to improve its professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and basic service standards.

The staff misunderstood in so many things they were so doubting us without double checking and tried to fine us extra charge and not very with polite talk which was not very welcoming
The hot shower was strong. Location is convenient and feels safe.
The staff didn't remind me that there is breakfast, I missed that for these two days.
The room facilities was ok. But it was not clean at all (toilet, closet...). The bedsheet doesn't look clean. I am not sure if it's new.
The window net is broken, and it was noisy at night cause there were parties/shows nearby the building.
Room is good and peaceful and I really enjoy it and there staff also very nice and helpful thank you for everything 🙏
