Property is exceptional.
Pros:

Our experience at this hotel is superb. We were really impressed by the quality of services. This property is better than its current rating, room and beddings are clean, location is excellent, staff 10/10, comfort 10/10, security 10/10. I stayed with my family for 6 days, Staff at the reception are professional, they go above and beyond to deal with your queries and there’s always someone to attend to you even at odd hours. They also Provide free Iftar during Ramadan with open buffet and the WiFi in the hotel was good. The property is close to masjid an Nabawi and were able to walk with my 10 yr old for 5 daily salat with no fuzz.

الكادر الموجود والموظفين جيد جدا والمعاملة كانت جيدة جدا.
الموقع قريب من الحرم. ويوجد راحة للعائلة. بارك الله فيهم.

يحتاج إلى الاهتمام بل النظافة أكثر وخصوصا السجاد و والموكيت الموجود في الغرف.
