Only thing they got is good staff

Cons:

Breakfast was cold, tasteless, even water for tea was kept cold , and it was breakfast starting time, and there was smoking smell everywhere in hotel

Pros:

10 minutes walk to Haram and reasonable price with delicious Breakfast.

Cons:

They don't allow early check in. They are stick to 4:pm check-in policy. I have early checkin experience in some other hotels. They have to look into this if they have room available, please allow to your guest early checkin. They will feel good.
