Very good location (near shops, bus station and 🚡). Quiet rooms, the views from the room are amazing. The restaurant in the same building gives excellent food. Very clean environment and full equipment in the kitchen. Parking next to the apartments.

Location, good restaurant
The accommodation is very close to a ski bus stop, which is great. The kitchen was well equipped and wi-fi was excellent. Ski room was very useful.
The way rooms are numbered is confusing, the locker in the ski room had a different number than the room. Also, we were to dispose of the garbage before check out, but the bins are not very comfortably located and the descriptions for waste separation were only in Italian.
The location is very good, the nearest ski lift is only a few minutes walk away.
For winter ski, location is excellent especially for the price. This place is right down the road from Boe and Borest ski lifts, the former which quickly connects to Col Alto. On the way home, you can basically ski halfway back and then walk less than 5 minutes (vs 10-12 minutes walking directly) to be at the door. In the morning, the bus comes every 30 minutes and you can skip the otherwise 10-12 minute walk.
There is a pizzeria restaurant downstairs, which is convenient. There's also a grocery store 7 minutes walking away which is useful in case you don't feel like eating out.
Beds are a little soft for my liking. Rooms can also get a little hot at night (feels standard in Italy).
A special gem here is the spa, which is 12EUR per day to use. It's probably the nicest amenity in the building.
Ski room has lockers and heated boot warmers also, which is nice.
Laundry was convenient, they clean it for you and drop it off in front of the room.
Ski room has some weathering, e.g. (1) some rust, and (2) the room can gather funky smell after a few days (which was fixed once someone came and cleaned it).
The place is not very soundproof, you will hear other guests potentially - so bring earplugs as needed.
