Cons:

Das Chaos in der Tiefgarage. Mussten bei Anreise die Tiefgarage direkt für die Dauer bezahlen und konnten sie 2 Nächte nicht nutzen weil sie total überbucht war. Bei Beschwerde an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr unfreundlich. Leider wurden mir die 2 Nächte bis heute nicht erstattet und gemeldet hat sich bis heute auch niemand. Schade

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Gute Lage und sehr zentrumsnah.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.
Leider gab es keinen schwarzen Tee zum Frühstück. Dieser sei nicht mitgeliefert wurden.

Cons:

Bei den Kleiderbügel war die Aufhängung schwierig. Zwei Kleiderbügel waren an einem Ring an der Stange befestigt und die Kleidungsstücke hingen so dicht zusammen. Da sollte besser nicht gespart werden.
Alles andere war in Ordnung.

Für Kurz-Aufenthalt sehr geeignetes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Solides Hotel in zentraler Lage.Freundliches Personal.Saubere und zeitgemäße Ausstattung.

Cons:

Frühstücks-Buffet könnte vielfältiger sein und auch in Präsentation etwas ansprechender.Denn das Auge sieht mit!

ideal für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Lage am Rand der Fußgängerzone, dort gibt es am Wochenende auch kostenlose Parkplätze, nah an der Festhalle und dem Bahnhof Ilmenau Bad (Rennsteigbahn), das Restaurant hat durchgehend offen, prima Frühstück, großes Zimmer mit großem Bad

Das saubere Zimmer mit Bad, das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal am Morgen möchte ich erwähnen.

Pros:

Schöner Saunabereich, solides Frühstück, netter Aufenthalt. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Obwohl wir unseren Hund im Vorhinein gebucht haben, haben wir ein Zimmer mit Teppich bekommen, das war nicht ganz optimal. Vor allem, weil wir bei Abreise erfahren haben, dass es wohl auch Zimmer ohne Teppich gibt.
