Arrived at accommodation.
Unusually built hotel.
When I arrived I walked down stairs to reception area. Meet lovely young lady, Yospin.
She managed property.
She showed me rooms which were small, couldn't find the deluxe room I booked, 300k.
Finally I was shown room with Twin beds.
Steep stairs within hotel.
Not for the elderly or people with walking problems.
Badly designed hotel
No aircon.
Yospin said there were 27 rooms and no air cons in any of the rooms.
Bathroom very small.
There was hot water
Wifi was ok. Had to sign in again everytime I left hotel.
Parking for my car inside gates.
Room was very hot. Yospin supplied a small fan which cooled room. She also gave me some bottles of water.
Fake description
No deluxe rooms as advertised.
Bathrooms not great.
Without fan I would have dehydrated overnight.
Awfully steep stairs within the hotel.
Not worth the money
Probably 100k a night hotel.
I'm complaining to booking.com.
Best thing in hotel was Yospin. Lovely lady, spoke English. Tried to help me as much as possible.
Owner of hotel should be ashamed.
