The location was lovely right in amongst the markets it was so clean and comfortable and the people were so friendly and welcoming and helpful we loved it
Nothing
The guesthouse was very nice and clean and the owners were very welcoming. Easy to take grab to the centrum so it was not a problem. Good place to stay, good price. Very nice dog at the property as well :) You can also rent a bike close to the place, which I highly recommend.
Nothing wrong with the property, but there were no 7/11 type stores near. Have to go to the centrum to buy things. Except fresh fruits you can find from the market that is on the street every morning/day. That may also come as a slight shock when arriving but you get used to it.
Spacious room, fridge in the room, big and comfy bed. Absolutely great hosts that are always helping to find taxis, restaurants, and attractions, and are interesting to talk to.
There is a very funny dog with fluffy ears, Coco!
The location is a bit far away from the usual touristic places, so it is a little challenging to find a place for lunch/ dinner within the walking distance. There is a coffee place on the corner but it's just coffees, you can't really have breakfast there. Tuk-tuks are quite cheap though so get a Grab app and go dine in town.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful in organising tours and other activities. They keep in touch with their guests during the day and make them feel protected.
The hosts are lovely people and very helpful. They assisted with every aspect of the stay and helped with arranging transport and other needs.
You find yourself among the real culture of Cambodia where such surprises are just outside the front gate of the residence.
It is a clean room, the staff were friendly even though they had no English. The man helped us with our grab order.
The Aircon did not work in the room. We had to pay cash when we got there. The shower was basically in the toilet. It felt like it was someone’s house. The man was just sitting down watching tv in the lobby, a woman was having her dinner on a chair. It was close to Angkor wat but nothing else. The shops around only take Cambodia riel cash. The market outside the door, unavoidable, it can’t change but it just was not pleasant.

The hostess is very welcoming and friendly, kind and willing to help. The room was big and clean with facilities. Quiet and peaceful location between Angkor Temples and Siem Reap centre.
It’s 3km from the centre of Siem Reap but easily accessible by tuktuk.

La gentillesse des hôtes et leur aide . Le secteur est fort intéressant pour ceux qui aiment les marchés.C'est loin du centre ville et il y peu de restos autour. Mais votre hôte peut vous trouver un chauffeur de tuk tuk qui vous amènera ou vous voulez à peu de frais. J'ai eu un excellent chauffeur qui trouve unmoyen de communiquer
sans anglais.
