Facilities is horrible. Poor condition AC, broken vanity tap, insects,mosquito and cockroaches walking around, non functional toilet flush. the list goes on and on and on. Please avoid

however it needs more cleaning and brighter lamp... previois guest left their 'magic tissue' in the drawer. no battery for the TV, no AC remote too. didn't take shower here cause it doesn't look promising

We booked a twin room which was sold out when we got there, when we got moved to a double room it had a bad smell and the water didn't work, the next room was better but still not great after a night we moved to another room because the lock on the door wasn't working, all In all cheap and cheerful but won't be staying again

Not clean at all. Physically couldn’t have stayed here and the staff were rude and would not offer a refund even though I paid for 5 nights and didn’t stay any.

The bed sheets were dirty and had mold on them. The shower had no pressure. Over all cleanliness was very disappointing.

The cancelled our booking at the last minute and charged my credit card. RedDoorz not, booking.com charged my credit card. I now have to get my money back through my bank. Both the contact person of the properties and the area manager of reddoorz have done nothing to help me get my money back.

The room was untidy with a clogged drain, no toilet roll and a disgusting shower. There was black hair on our bed and i’m blonde and she’s ginger. The door didn’t lock. There was none of the facilities available which were mentioned when we booked, for example: tea and coffee making facilities, water and there was only one plug socket to charge our phones. The shower was cold. The walls had cracks and looked terrible. The room looked nothing like the photos. The staff kept laughing at us and spoke no english. Also, we booked a room with 2 single beds and ended up in a room with a double bed. The location was rubbish and not close to anything apart from 3 atms which were trash.

It felt like we entered a couch surfing location run by students. Two uniformed people sat there but did not speak English. They fetched a manager I think, who was helpful though. Not in uniform so we had nog idea who we were talking to.
He showed us the room. It smelled bad and there were stains all over the bed. We made a complaint and they apologized and offered is another room.
Smelled even worse (like mold). Still stains on the bed. Also plastic wrapped headboard with holes.
We requested our money back and went somewhere else for just 2 dollar more.

a lot of broken things, also tons of stains
