i ran away from this hotel asking for a refund they just dipped without any reply so don’t book this hotel is super dirt

zona super centrale, si raggiunge il centro storico in pochi minuti, eravamo spaventati per la zona abbastanza “pericolosa” ma in realtà non abbiamo avvertito pericolo nessuna delle 4 sere per tornare.

Cons:

colazione abbastanza mediocre devo dire, da stravolgere, e sopratutto il rumore che si sente nelle stanze avendo le finestre degli infissi vecchissimi

Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación a poca distancia del centro histórico y junto a la estación del tren y del bus
El personal de limpieza y de recepción muy amables. Las chicas de la limpieza de la primera planta Ángela y Mariana creo que se llamaban super eficientes

Cons:

El estado del hotel en general necesita una remodelación urgente. Su calificación no equivale a lo que nosotros entendemos por un 4 estrellas . Lo siento pero en España sería un hostal de 2 estrellas
Y no hablemos del desayuno solo apto para las personas que les guste el dulce.
La fruta escaseaba ,normalmente sandia casi siempre caliente ,como los zumos de tetrabrik .y no hablemos de las tazas de café que las sacaban a cuentagotas
El personal del comedor era muy pasota

Cons:

Las habitaciones con desconchones en las paredes, sucia la colcha de la cama, humedades en el cuarto de baño, con olor a humedad, el aire acondicionado chorreaba agua de la máquina. La puerta de la habitación cerraba regular. Y todo ello publicándose como un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Las tazas de los desayunos muchas veces las ponían sin limpiar bien, con restos de café de otra persona. Más que un hotel es un hostal y de muy baja calidad.

Bom custo beneficio.
Pros:

As roupas de banho secam muito rápido nos quartos virados para a rua que era nosso caso. Os quartos são amplos com móveis novos.

Cons:

Faltava uma porta no box do banheiro. Inicialmente não havia frigobar no quarto, depois colocaram um que não funcionava. A rotatividade do bar no qual se serve o café é muito grande, o que demandaria mais funcionários trabalhando para deixar o lugar limpo e organizado.
O hotel poderia eliminar as colchas enormes que sobram muita sujeira em cima dos lençóis brancos.

Pros:

Hôtesse d’accueil très sympathique et emplacement idéal pour passer 1 nuit à Palerme avant de prendre l’avion tôt le lendemain car près de la gare routière.
Cependant, l’hôtel au vu du prix (+ de 90€) n’est pas propre (traces sur les murs, odeur dans la salle de bain, une dizaine de fourmis dans la chambre et climatisation douteuse).
1 nuit en dépannage pas plus.
