Cons:

The stuff doesn't speak any other languages which makes a communication a bit difficult. The keys and lock to the rooms are jammed and hard to open. The wifi tho exists is incredibly slow and unstable. The food simply disappointing for an Italian hotel.

The girl at the reception was amazing, she always greeted us and smiled, making our day better, some of the staff were very nice and joking!
I was pleasantly surprised that even though I didn't know Italian, everyone in the hotel spoke English to us! Thank you!

When we entered the reception we were greeted by a "little animal", on the first evening when we wanted to eat we were treated quite badly by one of the ladies who served us, we wanted to sit in the restaurant at the table and she told us in a superior manner that those tables were reserved, I want to mention that there was no one else in the restaurant and she put us at a table somewhere further back where you can leave your luggage, the pizza we ate that evening was not heated even though we asked for it to be heated and it tasted not ok from several points of view such as: the crust was not done and was wet, the topping was dry! but overall it was good, the rest of the staff was ok!
What was happening near the hotel in that park wasn't okay either, you don't have peace because of the people who gather in that park at night!

Das Frühstück wir gut!

Cons:

Ich musste dreimal betteln, einen Late-Check-Out zu bekommen...zweimal wurde ich vergessen und beim dritten Mal hat es geklappt.
Das Personal wirkt genervt und unfreundlich...nicht nur wegen meiner Anfrage, auch bei anderen Gästen!

La posizione è perfetta per immergersi nella cultura locale, con una vasta gamma di ristoranti e mercati a breve distanza. Gli appassionati di shopping troveranno numerosi negozi e boutique dove acquistare souvenir unici.
Il personale dell’hotel è un vero punto di forza: sono incredibilmente simpatici e sempre pronti a offrire consigli, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La loro cordialità crea un’atmosfera calda e accogliente.
Ho anche avuto il piacere di assaporare il cibo dell’hotel, che era davvero delizioso. E il caffè? Un modo fantastico per iniziare la giornata, ricco di sapore ed energia.
In poche parole, questo hotel a Palermo è un’ottima scelta per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Era la quinta o sesta volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel, finalmente mi hanno assegnato una camera con un terrazzino comodo e accogliente per prendere un po' d'aria. Chiudendo la portafinestra non si sentiva alcun rumore esterno (a differenza delle altre volte in cui durante la notte mi sentivo praticamente in strada). La signora della reception mi ha colpito molto per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità! Ottima la colazione variegata (dolce e salata) inclusa nella prenotazione. La struttura si trova in un punto strategico per chi viaggia con il bus o il treno.
