Absolutely disgusting, the first hotel I've stayed at and had to clean myself. We had little choice as our flight was delayed due Mount Etna erupting. We paid for B&B, but just don't bother. Stale crossiants and warm juice... The room was filthy. When we checked in on the Sunday we went straight back to reception to ask for a change of room or for it to be cleaned. We were advised no cleaners no availability for a room change, but tjus would be sorted out on Monday. The room remained dirty for the duration of the stay, the fridge was mouldy and we couldn't use it. I had to clean the room as best as I could with wet wipes. The bed, I dare not look undervthe one thin sheet protecting me from the mattress. If the room has anything to go by the mattress would have been filthy as well. It's such a shame as the location of the hotel was perfect. You just expect a hotel to be clean. On return we reached out to Booking. Com for a refund and they reached out to the Hotel, but they have declined to give us any refund at all. If I could have, I would of checked out and stayed somewhere else.

Hotel posiada cztery gwiazdki i niestety również taką cenę, natomiast standard wnętrz i jakość obsługi zdecydowanie nie odpowiadają temu poziomowi. W naszej ocenie hotel prezentuje standard maksymalnie 2,5 gwiazdki.
Pokoje przy naszym przyjeździe były niedokładnie posprzątane. Żaluzje były wręcz oblepione czarnym kurzem, podobnie jak lampka nad lustrem w łazience. O papier toaletowy trzeba było dodatkowo prosić w recepcji.
Dużym rozczarowaniem były również śniadania. Produkty, które powinny być na bieżąco uzupełniane, często były niedostępne. Zdarzało się, że brakowało talerzy czy kubków. Jedzenie pojawiało się dopiero po zwróceniu uwagi, a następnie znikało w ciągu kilku minut i kolejne osoby ponownie musiały prosić o jego uzupełnienie. Odniosłam wrażenie, że obsługa restauracji zdecydowanie nie radzi sobie z organizacją śniadań.
Samo śniadanie było raczej typowo kontynentalne — szynka, ser, bułeczki, masło, pomidor, a także kilka włoskich produktów, takich jak pizzerka, słodkie rogaliki czy tarty. Był również jogurt i pokrojony arbuz. Sam wybór nie byłby dużym problemem, gdyby produkty były regularnie uzupełniane. Najbardziej frustrujące było jednak ciągłe stanie i czekanie na każdy podstawowy element śniadania.
Kolejnym problemem była komunikacja. Większość obsługi nie mówiła po angielsku, dlatego musieliśmy korzystać z Tłumacza Google i przekazywać wiadomości po włosku. Jedna lub dwie osoby w recepcji porozumiewały się w języku angielskim zdecydowanie lepiej.
Podsumowując — przy hotelu czterogwiazdkowym i cenie, jaką zapłaciliśmy, oczekiwaliśmy zdecydowanie wyższego standardu czystości, organizacji i obsługi. Stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam bardzo słabo.
Hôtel sans prétention dont l'avantage essentiel est d'être à proximité de la gare routière et gare centrale. Accueil H24. Ceci en fait un des rares hébergements possibles si on arrive tard le soir en avion et qu'on doit reprendre un train ou un bus le lendemain matin.
Le petit déjeuner était inclus mais buffet minimaliste et difficile d'obtenir un café.

The rest of the experience was awful.got into the room and went straight to reception to make them aware that we were not happy with the cleanliness of the room, asked to be moved and to be cleaned.the receptionist said that this was not possible on the day as it was a Sunday but would be resolved the following day.this still did not happen.we said how dissatisfied we were as we did give them the option to rectify.We even had to ask for some toilet paper for the room and on the second night they only left one bath towel so again had to ask for another one.The breakfast was very misleading as this was in a cafe open to all the public.The fruit juices and water were not kept cold, the pastries were dry and there was not much choice.The fridge we could not use as the stank and was covered in mold.I cannot believe the condition of the room and that I had to use some bacterial wipes that I'd brought from home and clean it myself!!!This is the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in and if I was booking.com I would not put my representation on the line with this hotel.I look forward to hearing from you and have attached photos
