Pleasant stay visiting family.
Pros:

The location was very good, the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The stairs were very steep, no slip mat in the shower, no hook on the bathroom door and no breakfast.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend direkt an der Promenade bzw. am Meer, Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sind schön und sauber.

Cons:

Allein der Preis tut weh.

Nice big rooms with sea views. Great location on mumbles road.

Cons:

check in was not good. We'd asked for twin room with sea view and this had been confirmed. Yet when we arrived the manager had gone home and had only booked us a double and we were there were no more twins- only double or singles with no view. Luckily a guy there who knew the manager and was sort of overseeing things - managed to get us two single rooms with view finally. This was due to this guy being nice and not due to the manager who he spoke to on the phone. So bit chaotic in the beginning but we ended up happy where we were.

Pas de belle vue mer, mais emplacement et taille chambre irreprochables.
Pros:

L'emplacement central dans Mumbles, tout est accessible à pied facilement.
La taille de la chambre et de la SDB, tout est spacieux.

Cons:

Techniquement, oui, on peut voir la mer depuis la fenêtre, ce n'est pas un mensonge. Mais avec la végétation imposante pile devant l'hôtel ce n'est pas du tout "une vue mer", on voyait des arbres uniquement.

We had a great time in the Mumbles and the hotel was just the job for a visit.
Pros:

Great location and staff very friendly and easy to deal with.

Cons:

Parking was a bit tricky.

Pros:

Great location. The hotel is in easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We had a lovely comfortable room looking out towards the promenade. We had a great couple of days and would stay again.

Cons:

Just a suggestion.. it would be handy to have a couple of little shelves in the shower room.
