great location comfortable room
i had medicine in need of fridge, room had no fridge but the owner did let me use the main building fridge
Amazing sea front location, the owners were very friendly and accommodating.
Would definitely stay again .hopefully amenities will be open .
The only obvsation, would be a breakfast included or available for the price paid for the room .

Excellent sized room, very clean and comfortable, location is very good, close to the shops and restaurants and right on the prom.
Great location bars, restaurants & cafes within walking distance. Nice coastal walk to Bracelet Bay and Langland Bay, which didn't require to wear walking shoes, only trainers or sandals. Staff very friendly and helpful particularly in regard to helping us with a parking space right outside the hotel.
If breakfast would have been available and if the bar was open on a Sunday as well as Saturday.
