Great location, nice staff, lovely beaches nearby and would return to the Mumbles in the future.
Pros:

Great location bars, restaurants & cafes within walking distance. Nice coastal walk to Bracelet Bay and Langland Bay, which didn't require to wear walking shoes, only trainers or sandals. Staff very friendly and helpful particularly in regard to helping us with a parking space right outside the hotel.

Cons:

If breakfast would have been available and if the bar was open on a Sunday as well as Saturday.

We enjoyed our stay. Good nearby facilities, lovely promenade which is currently being improved.
Pros:

The location was very nice. There was no provision for breakfast, we knew that in advance. We had a good breakfast in a nearby bakery/café.

Cons:

Parking can be a headache.
