A very good stay in Kathmandu!

The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit.

E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight.

The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee.

We definitely recommend this hotel!

Was nice stay overall, looking at number of Indian tourists the breakfast could include more Indian dishes. The front desk is forced to charge more for cab bookings than what Indrive offered. Ishwor at there restaurant ensured a great experience with his exceptional service skills.

Needs updating!

Incrível do início ao fim da estadia, o atendimento de todos, sem exceção foi fantástico, sempre de forma educada e amigável. As condições e legalização do hotel também são excelentes. O café da manhã simples mas bem gostoso. Ou seja, não tenho nada so que falar a não ser coisas positivas. Com toda a certeza voltando ao catmandu eu ficarei neste hotel e indicaria a todos.

1. Compare to Thamal, its quite.
2. Dinning and spa is as reviewed as local guide did before.
3. Cleaning team is great, but too much using chemical. Hard to breath.
4. No chair are in the room, but stay 9 days. Management said that its ok.
5. 4 star hotel? I dis agree.
6. Staff are great, but management is unacceptable.
7. Other Guest hand washed laundries and put in to my room balcony everyday. Looks shame.
8. Public Balcony is allowed to smoke, but people have party with drink 2 hours after sun set. So noisy.

The staff were fantastic both in the restaurant and the hotel itself, no job was too big not too small. They even arranged fantastic trips for me at better rates than any other operator.

The Himalayan suite is just a stone’s throw from the Thamel district (5 minutes walk), but is just far enough that you’ll be able to get some sleep.

I will be back again.

Nice property with spa and good food. Really liked it. Will visit again.

Good location, close to Thamel and tourist bus stop (Pokhara/chitwan) but quiet at night. We slept really well, comfy beds. The room was well equipped with a nice balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Nice varied breakfast with proper coffee machine and juice included.

Downsides: there was a strong odour coming from drain/plug holes in bathroom. Also it was difficult to connect to the wifi meaning I had to hotspot off husbands phone.

This is a very nice property with it's own SPA, restaurant with good food, bakery, a travel conceirge, and good room service. It's a family owned and runned property and they personally ensure that guests are at their comfort during their stay. Very friendly staff and value for money pricing for rooms and food. Highly recommend this for solo traveler, young, and families as the property can cater everyone.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sauna, steam and hot tub. Heart of Thamal is a 5 minute walk away
