Excellent hotel room and friendly and supportive staff

It's always clean, comfortable and the staff is very nice and friendly

Cons:

The neighbours were violent and noisy, slammed doors, but I called the team and they helped me immediately. I believe there could be a message in rooms to remind them to be quiet and fine them if necessary, some people just don't know how to behave in shared spaces.

BIEN PLACE
Pros:

L'emplacement près du musée de la marine, du métro et des quais où sont situés plein de restaurants. Nous avons pris une chambre PMR donc assez grande avec balcon car les Tiny rooms sont vraiment très petites donc pas top pour un long séjour. Chambre propre sauf le sol.

Cons:

La personne à l'accueil change tous les jours donc difficile d'échanger. Le ménage est top sauf le sol était très sale nous avons marché pieds nus et en chaussettes un vrai désastre.
