Localização muito boa, pequeno almoço péssimo .

Localização, a 5 mn a pé da cidade velha.
Ter um ar romântico e a imitar o antigo…

Cons:

Os produtos individuais de casa de banho estavam usados , e o pequeno almoço além de ser num edifício longe do hotel era muito mau. Tudo artificial e com mau aspecto no geral. O que safou foi o iogurte … era mesmo muito mau… não é para um hotel de supostamente 4 estrelas . Osindividuais encontravam-se a pegar, da má limpeza… não recomendo…

Not up to standard initially but problems addressed adequately.
Pros:

There were some initial problems but they were adressed well by the host the next day

Cons:

I booked late check in which was accepted to 11pm, but there was nobody at reception when I arrived on time. Other problems included: 1) no wifi until the next day. 2) usb port damaged so could not charge phone. 3) There was a childs bed which I did not request and it took up alot of space. 4) There was only one bath towel 5) The bar fridge was empty (not even water) except for a half drunk coke 6) The room was not clean - trash was left on the window sill including baby's socks. I complained the next day, received an apology and the problems were all addressed

Pros:

Charming place to stay, very friendly staff and comfy room. We were only there one night so did not need more facilites as breakfast not offered at the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Very quiet music playing constantly in bathroom.

Both ladies who manage the reception are extremely helpful and welcoming and the greatest asset to the whole set up. They are professional, personable and accommodating in their manner.

- La amabilidad del personal.
- La ubicación.

Cons:

Puntos negativos:
- El desayuno (incluido) no se servía en el hotel, sino en un bar a 5-7 minutos.
- Subir escaleras tan estrechas con las maletas para acceder a la habitación.
- La insonorización. Escuchaba roncar a los huéspedes de la habitación de arriba y, cuando caminaban, parecía que el techo se iba a desplomar. Sin duda, fue lo peor.

Good location but expensive and felt ripped off so wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Nice and close to the centre and right in the old town. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Felt like we got ripped off by the concierge who organised our taxi from the airport as she asked for cash and charged us too much (in retrospect as we were new to Croatia and didn’t know the going rate).
