Pros:

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, surrounded by rice fields with incredible views and lots of little spots to sit and relax. Everyone at the homestay was lovely and attentive, and communication over WhatsApp before arriving was great.
I stayed in a spacious private room with a shared bathroom, a really comfortable double bed and a big window. Breakfast was good, and the family dinner was delicious and definitely worth having.
I also really enjoyed the trekking. Our guide’s English was a little limited, but she was lovely and took us to some beautiful spots.
Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to escape the city for a few days, enjoy the scenery and completely slow down.

Cons:

Just be aware that the rooms have wooden walls and aren’t well insulated for noise, so you can easily hear people in the neighbouring rooms and if it rains it's especially loud. However I found everyone to be respectful of noise during sleep hours. There’s no AC, but the fan was strong and I personally found it comfortable at night. The bed has a mosquito net, and the shared bathroom is quite basic but had great water pressure.

None of this would stop me from staying again as I had a lovely experience, but it’s worth knowing beforehand.

La cordialità delle signore che gestivano la casa e che ci hanno aiutato e indicato anche i trekking per esplorare questi luoghi magnifici :)

Chiaramente la valutazione è fatta tenendo conto del tipo di alloggio che non deve chiaramente essere una suite lussuosa ma penso il posto perfetto per immergersi a pieno nello stile vietnamita

Un ambiente acogedor y local en las afueras de Sa Pa!
Pros:

La hospitalidad de las anfitrionas y la atención en general, facilidades para hacer trekking por los alrededores, la family dinner para compartir experiencias. Se encuentra apartado y en un ambiente local, que es lo que nosotros buscábamos. El precio es insuperable.

Cons:

A nosotros no nos importó en absoluto, pero tienes que tener en cuenta que no es un hotel, puede haber algunos ruidos, no hay aire acondicionado...

Nous sommes restés une nuit dans le homestay Hmong Sister House and Trekking. C'est plutôt un gîte où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La Demi pension était très bonne. Emplacement au top pour descendre dans la vallée.
