Excellent in one word. Kitchen and other amenities in the room felt like home. Easy to go to places like Galleria on foot.

Super clean great breakfast
I stayed in 511 room and I heard water sound of bathing at 6 AM loud sound of water and woke up .
The female receptionists were rude, while the male staff were much nicer. At check-in, she asked for my ID, even though I thought Apple Pay was an option, but she insisted on seeing my debit card as well. When I spelled out my email address, she acted like she couldn’t understand me, and the other female receptionists sided with her.
My first room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, so I requested a change, but they made me provide photos before switching. The second room wasn’t better—the garbage disposal smelled like onions, and the room still wasn’t as clean. They claimed no other rooms were available and refused to refund me, leaving me stuck there for a week at over $1,000.
On top of that, the elevator doors closed in on my shoulders, and the breakfast food was stale and even moldy.
For this price point, I would have been much better off booking the Four Seasons in advance, because it was only a couple hundred more.
Our room was ready until 3+PM and when I ask for late checkout they couldn't give me more than 12pm
The trip started by finding out they had over-sold the facility and didn't have any rooms available of the type we booked. So we had to stay at a lesser room on our first night and switch to the suite on the second night. While it was an inconvenience, they communicated about it well and did credit us the difference for our troubles.
Overall, outside of that, the stay was good. The free breakfast was definitely the highlight. The beds were ok, but I wanted additional pillows. I made the request two nights in a row and never received any, which was disappointing.
Luckily it was a quick trip, and we made do with what we had and enjoyed our stay.

Nice comfortable bed. Noisy location, triple pane glass windows would be a nice feature. Also AC on a motion sensor and goes off after a few minutes. Comes back on after you wake up from temperature change and move. Difficult sleeping waking up ever half hour because your hot then trying to go back sleep, breakfast outstanding.

Felt like home away from home. This property takes care of you. Great staff, nice amenities and great location. You can get to places in a car within 10 to 15 mins. Would definitely stay here again.
