Pros:

Diese Unterkunft war der Retter in der Not. Wir haben abends um 20 Uhr noch kurzfristig über booking gebucht. Ungefähr 5 Minuten fragte der Wirt nach, ob wir auch wirklich kommen. Als wir in der Unterkunft eintrafen hatte die gute Seele von einem Wirt bereits die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer eingestellt, herrlich. Das Frühstück war lecker! Gratis Parkplatz!

Es kann einen technischen Defekt geben. Diesen nicht zu beheben ist dreist. Nie wieder!
Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war bekanntermaßen (dem Betreiber natürlich nur bekannt) defekt und die Kondenzwasserpumpe hat mit lautem Geräusch pausenlos gepumpt. Auf telefonische Nachfrage nachts beim Hotelnotdienst kam die Antwort, dass wir wohl auf uns allein gestellt sind. Also keine Spur von Entgegenkommen, geschweige denn Service. Die Zusage einer Entschädigung hat sich auch in Luft aufgelöst. Am Ende war es eine sehr kurze Nacht mit null Erholung. Das Hotel insgesamt riecht nach Rauch und ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
