We had a wonderful stay at Mia Casa! The location was ideal – just close enough to the main tourist spots to walk there easily, but enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. It struck the perfect balance between convenience and calm.
One of the highlights was the dining experience nearby. Within just a one-minute walk from the hotel, we found three amazing restaurants: one was a Michelin-selected spot with all variant vietnam exquisite dishes, another was a traditional pho place loved by locals and blissfully free of tourist crowds, and the third was an Italian restaurant that served the best Italian food!
The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful. They handled all of our requests quickly, correctly, and smoothly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great local food!

朝食が貧相な事以外はgood
ハノイ駅が近いわりにホテル前の通りは比較的静かでした。少し歩いたところにおしゃれなカフェなど飲食店が立ち並ぶエリアもあり、とても便利でした。
Quiet haven down a side street conveniently located on the edge of the old quarter. Highly recommended.
The room and staff
Breakfast was basic and did no change. Options poor, toast, ham, boiled eggs that you boiled yourself..... no bowls for cereal
Foods
Breakfast area did not open on time. Breakfast was BAD
Very nice hotel, the staff are very kind, good location near everything in Hanoi old quarter
We had a wonderful stay here whilst exploring Hanoi - its location is perfect for visiting hotspots such as train street and Hoan Kiem Lake!
The rooms are wonderfully presented and have everything you need (plus there is a fab laundry around the corner that will deliver your clothes back to the hotel for no additional cost).
Highly recommended for those on a budget but still enjoy a little luxury!
Friendly and situated in quiet street near old quarter.
Set on a very lively street the hotel is in a great location to be close enough to the old quarter while being far enough to have some peace. It’s in a very local area so you feel quite immersed here. The building is modern and minimalist and the rooms are nicely decorated with some artistic touches. In a chaotic city like Hanoi it’s nice to have a bit of peace at night. Clean towels, sheets, affordable laundry, toiletries provided means good value for money.
Only gripe is that the windows aren’t soundproof so expect some street noise late in the evening and in the morning. Saying this it’s very quiet at night so sleep isn’t an issue.
Nice building. Great staff.
Both receptionist, the girl and Mr Hom were polite and helpful. Clean room, good location. Close to Ha Li hairsalon. Close to Muslim restaurant. Walking distances. Room is bright. Not a noisy area. Overall, a pleasant stay at Mia Casa by Satori.
Clean and cozy
Need more breakfast
On a quiet street with many higher end restaurants. Close to train street as well. We stayed in a room that had a balcony which provided a nice view of the street below. Room was very basic but it is what we were looking for. Can't complain about this place.
Breakfast was lacking but not really an issue for us because we liked to go out to eat.
