The airco blows directly onto the bad so can't keep it on during the night, and it gets very hot. There is a fan but same issue at night. The pillow is very thick (high), and i had severe neck pain after waking up, though this seems to be the case in most vietnamese accommodations. The shower drain worked well for 1 day then got clogged, and water didn't go away at all. The room had a bit of a moldy smell. There is a kitchen yet no coffee/tea mugs. Also no cutting board or cutting knife, so preparing food or peeling fruit is not possible. Considering all factors, the price is too high for what you get

If they can keep more hanger for hang the clothes will be better. They have washing machine which you can use easily, just buy the detergent at any shop close by, that will save your money.

At the first sight, the property has all the facilities you may need for comfortable living. But after closer examination you notice that there are no such simple things like tea cups or spoons. The pan is not suitable for cooking as well as it is producing a lot of smoke. I think a small investment in such basic things could have made guests’ experience a lot better.

Unfortunately, I do not think the photos/pictures accurately represented the actual state of the unit/room. It was a very damp place, there was definitely a water damage issue/leak problem from different areas of the ceiling/roof and very apparently ran down the walls causing a lot of water damage. It is very noticeable. Also, unfortunately, I noticed a major mold problem. It was obvious someone kept trying to paint over a very large section of the wall that kept getting leaks/water damage. But the continuous painting over such large section didn't really help the problem at all. You need to stop the water leaks from up above, from the roof, from the source. Anyways, there was mold all over a large section of the wall in the unit, and also the air conditioner looked super dirty, moldy, and discolored. I turned on the a/c unit only one time, later in the afternoon after I arrived, and once it opened and started running/blowing air, I immediately turned it off. I saw the condition and state it was in, the dirtiness of the filter inside, and the mold in the a/c, it was really gross. It only ran for like one minute, then I turned it off, and never used it during my week stay there. If I could have cleaned it myself, I probably would have, but for some reason the a/c unit was located very high up on the wall close to the ceiling. I hate to leave a negative review for a place. The staff/employees/family who work there seem to be nice. But I think it's important to be transparent and honest. There needs to be more upkeep and maintenance of the building and units. And mold exposure is not healthy. It can be very dangerous. So, I was happy to leave after my stay there and found a much cleaner, more well-maintained place for around the same price.
