Não voltaria a me hospedar! Um hotel grande com apenas 3 funcionários! Durante minha estadia 3 diárias não houve serviço de quarto, não conseguimos tomar café da manhã, visto que eles colocavam e não fazia Reposição! Valor da diária não corresponde com o serviço oferecido!
Firstly, this is not where it’s indicated on the map. This ‘hotel’ is 25km away from Porto
Seguro; an hour on the bus in Calabria. On arrival it looked derelict; it’s shabby, run down and dirty outside. The pool was too dirty for me to use although someone did get in on the 2nd day. The room; well it was clean. We had to ask for towels; the 1st one barely went round me (I’m not fat) and they were threadbare. Had to ask for clean ones after 2nd day. Mattress, a price of foam. So thin and uncomfortable the sheets are so thin we could see brown foam through them. Pillows are horrid; I didn’t dare look in the cases yuk! The fridge wasn’t plugged in and the plug had been broken and wrapped in tape to hold it together. Inside was brown and discoloured. The air con is good though.
No laundry facilities as advertised. The young man on reception is absolutely fabulous and the ‘owner’ (maybe?) is very pleasant but that doesn’t help the fact that this establishment mid advertised it’s location, facilities, price and status as a hotel, it’s not. y recommendation - AVOID!
O Atendimento no Hotel é excelente. Recepcionista muito educado e atencioso e proprietários com muita boa vontade. Porém, o Hotel precisa de manutenção, pois as instalações são meio antigas, sendo necessário também trocar as TV's e providenciar um sinal, pois não pega nenhum canal com qualidade.
