çok temiz bir otel, güleryüzlü yardımsever personeli var

Ailecek 2 gece konaklamamızda herseyden memnun kaldik. Odalar fotoğrafta gozuktugu gibiydi en önemlisi temizde, personel ilgili ve isteklere karsi çözüm odaklıydı. Istanbul seyahatimde tekrar gönül rahatligi ile tercih edebilecegim bir otel.

Kontörlü , temiz odalar , ısıtması da çok iyi.Kahvaltı bitiyor olmasına rağmen 10’dan sonra kahvaltı açtılar
Personel çok yardım sever , çok teşekkür ederiz

Ordentliches Hotel. Zimmer war sauber,
Lage relativ ruhig, da nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße. Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Frühstück nicht Buffet, obwohl sicher 15 Gäste im Frühstücksraum und mehrere Gäste mussten recht lange warten, bis Ihnen das zugeteilte Frühstück gebracht wurde. Das war mehr Arbeit für das Personal als mit einem vorbereiteten Buffet.

Otel rahat sakin konforluydu ancak otelin yeri ümraniye ile ataşehir arasında bir yer dolayısıyla ulaşım problemli. Taksi bulmak da zor. Gelecek olanlar gözönünde bulundursun. Ama kahvaltı personel temizlik çok iyiydi.

De kamer was echt super mooi, daar geef ik zeker 5* voor. Het was super netjes, schoon en erg mooi ingericht. De lobby was niet zo mooi en het ontbijt is echt super slecht! Niet te eten..

Hotellet är bra men ligger långt ifrån centrum i Umraniya och en bit busshållplatsen och Metron.
Man får förlita sig på taxin för att ta sig från och till.

Following a shaky start, possibly due to miscommunication, I have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and try their hardest to be accommodating. This hotel is a hidden gem. I would recommend short stays at this hotel.

No me gusto el hotel la limpieza sobre todo

Genel olarak iyiydi ama eksik tarafi çok.. klima gunduz resepsyondan kapatiliyordu, gun boyunca klima dusuk seviyedeydi yukseltmek istesek bile odadan yukseltemiyoduk çati kati oldugu için de oda çok sicak oluyordu. Oda nin havasi pek iyi degildi. Personnelerin hepsi çok iyiydi, banu hanim, serhat, dogan hepsinden çok memnun kaldik. Cafe guzel ve temiz ama gelismesi gerekiyor

Yol üstünde olduğu için biraz gürültü vardı ama odalar modern, eşyalar yeni, konforlu ve temiz. Banyo ferah. Banyo malzemeleri biraz eksik. Sadece duvara monte bir şeyin içinde şampuan ya da duş jeli var. Saç kremi, vücut losyonu gibi şeyler yok. Terlik var. Fena da değil ama minibar boş. Su çay kahve var. Kahvaltı 8’de başlıyor çalışanlar için biraz geç. Havalandırma çalışmıyordu. Kaloriferler tam gaz çalışıyordu. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri hızlı

Beautifully maintained and very clean hotel. The room is spacious and cozy. The windows open to balconies. The fresh air is refreshing. A traditional Turkish breakfast is served daily by a kind and professional staff. (Same staff that cleans the rooms.) I appreciate the women that cleaned. They were the best people at this hotel. The front desk staff needs to take a professional course on courtesy, etiquette and hotel industry professionaism. I would have stayed longer if I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable. A note to staff, Your guests can still hear you speaking about them when the elevator doors close. Please don't assume because someone is from another country they don't understand what you're saying about them. That being said, this is the cleanest hotel in the area.

Super schönes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir fanden uns im Zimmer sehr wohl und die Sauberkeit war PICOBELLO.
Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.

Sehr sauber, Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
