Pros:

The guy on the reception was very kind and welcoming. He knew a lot about the local politics,history, art and iterature. What's more he was fluent in many languages english, German and Russian.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

The renovated room exceeded all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We were genuinely surprised by how modern and well-maintained everything was.

The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the area.

A special thank you to Dimitri, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We would definitely stay here again.

La persona addetta al check in mi ha informato che una delle due notti avrei dovuto soggiornare in un altro hotel accappando una scusa becera. Era una persona poco incline al lavoro e aveva la hall dell hotel in pessimo stato

Спасибо огромное за очень вкусные и сытные завтраки у Эллы. Вечерами было комфортно и атмосферно пить чай и ужинать на летней террасе. Удобное расположение отеля от всех достопримечательностей.
