Pros:

Location is perfect, most of attraction points are at walking distance

Cons:

Hotel is not in good condition. Furnitures and wares are worn out but its cheap

Basic room, no windows, with good private bathroom cleanliness should be improved
Pros:

Very good location in old town.
Good plentiful breakfast for 25 GEL.
Private bathroom with very nice big shower.
Note: the room had no windows.

Cons:

Towels were dirty with stains and hair but immediately replaced upon request.
Room was not clean (the floor was very dirty), door didn't latch and swung open but could be locked with the key.
Fan in room had horrible rattling noise.

Pros:

La posizione è davvero strategica per raggiungere ogni punto della città . La camera matrimoniale molto confortevole e grande mentre la twin non molto ! Buona colazione e staff molto disponibile .

Cons:

Siamo stati 3 notti e nessuno mai è venuto a pulire la camera e svuotare le immondizie ! Bisogna pulire un po di più .

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность хозяевам! Мы попали в неприятную ситуацию: предыдущее жилье нас не заселило, и мы оказались ночью на улице с вещами. В панике начали искать вариант и наткнулись на это место. Хозяева откликнулись мгновенно, несмотря на позднее время. Нас заселили без каких-либо проблем, быстро и очень приветливо. Отдельно хочу отметить местоположение — оно просто супер! Рядом всё, что нужно, очень удобно добираться.

Pros:

Le gérant est très sympa, très accueillant et serviable. L'hôtel est extrêmement bien placé dans le Vieux Tbilissi près des rues des restaurants, bars et points de vue en hauteur sur la ville. Le métro est à moins de 15 mins à pied.

Imčiau kambarį tik su balkonu ir be pusryčių.
Pros:

Labai patiko Suren. Ypatingai paslaugus. Labai padėjo įvairiais klausimais. Net lagaminius nunešė į kiekvieną kambarį. Iškvietė greitąją, kai paprašėme. Ačiū Jam :). Patogi viešbučio lokacija - pačiame senamiestyje. Pagrindinius objektus paprasta pasiekti pėsčiomis. Šalimais yra kavos bariukas su puikia kava :). Labai lankstus požiūris į svečią. Viešbytuje nakvojome du kartus. Antrą kartą turėjome kambarį su pusryčiais, bet atsisakėme, informavę registracijos dieną. Leido sumokėti mažesnę kainą. Pasaugojo lagaminus, kai svečiavomės Batumyje.

Cons:

Užsakinėjome nakvynes periodais. Pirmą kartą turėjome vieną vienvietį kambarį (iš tikrųjų yra dvivietis su dviem lovomis pirmame aukšte). Jam labai labai reikalingas remontas. Į dušą ėjau su savo šlepetėmis. Švara ten nekvepia - tik rankšluosčiai ir išdraskyta patalynė švarūs. Su kitu dviviečiu kamabariu mums pasisekė. Užsakinėjome dvivietį su balkonu, o gavome pagerintą, nes turėjo overbookingą dėl kažkokių priežasčių. Kainos skirtumo nepaėmė. Šis tikrai buvo puikus: švarus, neseniai po remonto matosi, gali pasėdėti balkonėlyje. Švaru ir malonu, tik miegant čiužinio spyruoklės spaudžia kūną.
Grįžus iš Batumį rezervavome trivietį kambarį be balkono. Gavome pirmame aukšte, šalia to nelabai švaraus. Kambarys labai mažas trim žmonėms, Sunku apsisukti su lagaminais. Šiek tiek švariau buvo, bet vis tiek su šlepetėmis maudėmės. Pirmame aukšte neužsakinėčiau kambarių, nebent padarytų remontą. Juose norisi švaros, kurios nerasta. Ir labai didelis garsų pralaidumas tarp tų kambarių pirmame aukšte.
Dėl pusryčių - man tragedija. O kas svečiavosi su manimi nėra ypatingai išrankūs, bet ir jie jau nenorėjo valgyti to maisto. Virtuvėlė nešvari. Tikėjausi tų pusryčių iš nuotraukų. Bučiau žinojus, net netraukčiau į kabario kainą. Antrą dieną mane išbėrė per pusryčius nuo mažo kąsniuko agurko. Neaišku kur pirktas, kaip augintas, ar nepurkštas. Dieną prieš valgiau tik pomidorus ir papriką.
