נמצא במיקום סופר מרכזי, בלב מרכז העניינים
הנוף מהחדר היה יפה ופנה לרחוב הראשי
פקידי הקבלה היו כל כך אדיבים ונחמדים, כל הזמן הציעו לי עזרה, התעניינו ואפילו פינקו אותי בבקבוק מים מתנה :)

Cons:

Unfortunately we cannot recommend.
They placed us in a room at the ac did not work, the room had a musty smell as well.
Because they were overbooked they just told us to cancel and we had to move to a different hotel.

Peaceful and happy stay.
Pros:

It was near tourists spots so it was very accessible. It was no near any noisy places. Was quite peaceful and it has an atm machine on their first floor beside reception. The receptionist are very kind and understanding. Hieu and Hung are very kind and helpful, very respectful as well. You can request for late check in if needed, they are easy to talk to.

Cons:

Nothing. For a 3 star hotel they offer more than expected. But still manage your expectation.

THE BEST STAY
Pros:

Hieu and Hung did their best job in assisting us on whatever services that are required in the room! Everything is perfect as expected, would definitely suggest this for anyone who is looking for a stay in Hanoi old quarter!
