Très bien!
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé et vraiment très arrangeant. Je n’ai cessé de prolongé mon séjour jours après jours à la dernière minute. Le personnel y est accueillant et à l’écoute. Petit remerciement particulier à Hieu.

Nice room, nice staff, great location
Pros:

Hieu the hotel receptionist was very kind. When booking I received a message from Hieu giving me all details to help me with my stay.
I also was getting a night bus from Sa Pa, arriving at 3AM, Hieu was ready when I arrived to help me to my room. Very kind and excellent service

Pros:

Khách sạn nằm trong phố cổ, thuận tiện di chuyển, nhân viên lễ tân Hiếu rất thân thiện, nhận đồ giúp mình và mang tận phòng dù mình quên nhắn lại, dịch vụ rất tuyệt vời, đây là lần quay lại thứ 3 và Hiếu vẫn luôn nhiệt tình như vậy, mình sẽ tiếp tục lựa chọn nơi này khi đến Hà Nội.
