Staff are courteous.
We were in the Suite Room, however there was no telephone, no soap,no shampoo, outlet for charger very far from the beds.

The hotel within the city and is easy to find. Wifi is working. Room is clean and the lift is also working. They have food for room service and they have free brewed coffee by the entrance in the morning (I think you can still get one even if you are not having breakfast).
There was a construction going on and it would be great if they can allocate a safe and presentable space for guests to get in and out of the hotel. Staff should be more conscious in prepping the room as mine did not have any toiletries and slippers although they were responsive when I asked for one.
I would not recommend this hotel
Good location, very nice lobby with free drinking water. Very friendly receptionists, who arranged our early check in.
There is a big construction just near the door.
Room was not clean enough (hairs on the floor)
I came with a group of elderly women who needed dental work done. The location was convenient because it was close to their dentist and we were able to stay together in one room. Otherwise, if I was there for other reasons, I would not have stayed there. . WiFi was not good . Breakfast menu was not what we expected. I stayed there in January and it was breakfast buffet back then.
The room was big and clean. I also liked the location especially that it is just near the esplanade, malls and restaurants.
