Came back here for the second time. Always a great time here. Lovely pool, great staff and such a nice atmosphere. Great place to unwind and explore Palm Springs.

Loved our stay here at this cute little hotel which has an air of calmness about it. The staff are lovely and the place is spotlessly clean. The pool area is so peaceful. Bed was huge and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Thank you for a wonderful stay

I have stayed here about 20 times and I always love it.

We had a great stay for our anniversary. Enjoyed the pool time which was needed for 114° weather. All guests were very nice and friendly.. we had good conversations in the pool.. Very low key, and relaxing hotel. We will be back.

This is an amazing oasis of calm, immaculate, and welcoming. I am quite OCD and love to feel like my environment is kept up like my home is. Beds are amazing, the breakfast great and the housekeepers keep this place tiptop. I have stayed here many times. I am a solo traveler and Les Cactus has been my go to. I absolutely love the calmness. The staff had always been amazing!
Staff are energetic, accommodating and willing to make your stay the best! I love the fact I’ll say that it is over 21. It is walkable to downtown.

The price has increased a bit since I first started staying, but I understand the cost of living; staff need to get paid for keeping this oasis thriving.

We visited Palm Springs for an extended weekend in late June. The property has a very unassuming entrance door, but once inside, you feel instantly comfortable. We had spoken with Daniella and Rich a couple of times prior to arriving to go over the two room categories. Daniella checked us in and was just as delightful in person; she gave us a warm welcome, walked us around the pool area, and led us to our room. The grounds are kept spotless, including the pool and loungers. The decor is super cool with its pink theme, featuring matching accents on the lounge chairs and even the pool towels.

We chose a "comfortable" room category, which was clean and a refreshing escape from the desert heat. The bathroom was a bit retro but very functional. The bed was amazing, sturdy and super comfortable, and we crashed hard after a long day of travel. The room itself was spacious, and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs, complete with a full-size refrigerator and a breakfast bar where we could comfortably check emails.

For breakfast, the fresh, hot croissants, coffee, oatmeal, and yogurt were excellent. We met Rich on our first night, who works until the registration office closes at 9 PM. He has worked at Les Cactus for many years, and his knowledge of the property and local food suggestions were spot on. The employees are very respectful and always seemed to be cleaning, restocking water and towels, or clearing debris from the pool when they weren’t greeting us. While we had heard rumors that the owner wasn’t the most pleasant person, we never met him, and he certainly made the right choice in hiring Daniella and Rich.

Overall, I highly recommend Les Cactus. It is truly an oasis in the desert.

Wonderful oasis. The most comfortable bed and bedding. Amazing staff. Facilities were very well maintained. Pool was not over chlorinated. Breakfast was healthy.

It was 5 min from Downtown Palm Springs, and that made our trip really convenient. Also, the hotel itself is so pretty! Especially, the terrace was really wonderful!

I cannot stop gushing about our stay at Les Cactus!! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My daughter and I arrived the day after Memorial Day for a 2‑night mother‑daughter getaway and left wishing we had booked a longer stay.

From the moment we checked in, Andy greeted us with the kindest energy. He was AMAZING—fun, friendly, and so genuinely welcoming. His food recommendations were spot‑on and honestly saved us. Every restaurant he suggested was a 10/10. We had the best food experiences because of him!

The hotel grounds are gorgeous—a perfect blend of girly, boho, and chic. Our room was ideal: centrally located right across from the pool, with a rooftop deck complete with cute loungers and a stunning sunset view for every guest to enjoy. The location is also perfect—just a quick 5‑minute drive into town—so it’s peaceful, quiet, and relaxing.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because so many reviews raved about the complimentary breakfast, and they were not lying. Fresh croissants from a local French bakery, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, and coffee—all beautifully arranged in the cutest basket you can take back to your room. The croissants were to die for… genuinely the best butter croissant I’ve ever had. We loved them so much we went to the bakery ourselves and bought more to take home! That recommendation came from Dani, who was incredibly sweet and kind.

Throughout our stay, Andy, Dani, and Rich made us feel so cared for. Their warmth and genuine kindness made us feel like family, not hotel guests. I’ve never experienced such a heartfelt connection with hotel staff before, and it speaks volumes about their customer service and who they are as people.

We loved this hotel SO MUCH. I won’t stay anywhere else now—I’m already looking at dates to return.

We would definitely recommend staying at Les Cactus. We spent a weekend in Palm Springs and had such a lovely stay here. The hotel is very well maintained, and we loved the fun pink décor throughout. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. It was also great value for money and just a short drive from all the restaurants, bars, and attractions. If you’re looking for a relaxed hotel with a chilled poolside atmosphere and no party scene, this is a great choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Absolutely lovely hotel! Richard, Andy and Danni are all amazing and above & beyond at their jobs.The groundskeeper and housekeeping do a fabulous job as well. Rooms are airy and feel good, also best mattresses and AC. Really lovely pool that is always clean and the perfect temp, the entire pool area is so nice (also shaded tables to work at or just sit and relax). It never felt crowded or noisy. Cold water and clean towels all day, and an outdoor shower to rinse off, too. Breakfast was so fab, fresh croissants yogurt granola coffee fruit and oatmeal A bit too far to walk downtown for me (it's only like a mile and I knew this), but Uber was never more than 2 minutes away and they also have bicycles. 10/10 will definitely be back.
