La struttura è nuova pulitissima , molto tecnologica
Ma il plus è nelle dipendenti in particolare Carola in ragazza gentilissima di una gentilezza rara , ci ha fornito tanti consigli per girare la città , sempre pronta e disponibile .

Dieses Boutique Hotel übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, jedoch die Details die sich durch das gesamte Hotel durchziehen sind unübertroffen ( wir reisen viel, auch weltweit ). Ein Hotel dieser Klasse sucht seinesgleichen.
Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und ehrlich höflich - professionell.

Highly recommend staying at this exceptional place.
Pros:

I loved everything about this place. From the design to the decoration to the owner/operators to the customer service…. They are remarkable owner/operators and it was my absolute pleasure to visit this property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time.

Cons:

Esperienza deludente. Abbiamo pagato 55 euro a persona per una SPA che definire tale è eccessivo. La struttura consisteva in una vasca di dimensioni molto ridotte, un bagno turco e una sauna: nessun vero percorso benessere, nonostante venga lasciato intendere il contrario.
A rendere il tutto ancora più spiacevole è stato il fatto che al momento della prenotazione non ci siano stati comunicati i prezzi, cosa assolutamente poco trasparente. Solo al momento del pagamento, vedendo la nostra evidente sorpresa per il costo, la receptionist ha applicato uno sconto di 10 euro, spiegando l’accaduto: gesto apprezzabile, ma che non compensa la scarsa chiarezza iniziale né il rapporto qualità-prezzo del servizio.
Nel complesso, rapporto qualità-prezzo inesistente. Per la cifra richiesta ci si aspetta servizi, spazi e trasparenza decisamente superiori. Non lo consigliamo.

the location was close to the old town and it was easy to get there which is what we wanted - the room was great and as we were leaving early the next morning the staff kindly packed a breakfast box for us
