とても満足させてもらいました。
Pros:

前回、泊まって朝食時のスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったので、また選ばせてもらいました。

接客、利用者への配慮、無料サービス全てがホテルの名前の通りスーパーでした
Pros:

女性スタッフの方が全員親切。
朝食会場でのスタッフ皆さん明るかったです。
チェックイン，朝食時，スムーズな流れになる様に配慮されていました。
エコにこだわる経営方法の努力が伝わってきました。
部屋の水もシャワーの水も気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

角部屋だったのですが、バス，トイレが斜めの部屋で加え非常に狭かったのと，就寝時には隣や上の階からの声と音が聞こえてき、排水❓の音も響く感じで，なかなか寝付けなかったです。

それ以外は全て良かったです。

二段ベッドの上はベッドシーツひいておらず、前宿泊者の靴下が放置されていた。不潔。
自分でベッドシーツを寝る前に引いたのでホコリが充満し、くしゃみ鼻水止まらなかった。ホテルでシーツをひいたのは初めてでした。

ゆっくりとした夜
Pros:

ビジネスホテルとは思えない位快適でした。二段ベッドのあるお部屋で子供は普段見慣れないのか大喜びで選んで良かったです。
トイレとお風呂が別々だったら文句無し！

Too expensive for what I got, but it was also a spontaneous booking on a weekend
Pros:

- welcome drinks (soft drinks, juices from machine. Spirits for self serving)
- clean, wifi worked well (there is extra wifi for each room, so if hotel wide one doesn't work, try the one with your room number), bed comfy, array of pillows to choose from, typical range of Japanese amenities

Cons:

- communication during check in in english could have been better, but google translate and pre made check in material makes it work. Didn't interact much with staff, but during check in they were super friendly also.
- value for money was not great during my one night stay from Sat-Sun. Maybe because I booked spontaneously, but it was way overpriced for what I got in the end. If the normal rate is lower, maybe around 8k a night, it's an alright deal.
