Perfekte Lage
Geschirr war sehr ungepflegt. In einem Zimmer hat es stark von der Decke getropft, wir mussten einen Eimer darunter stellen . Dafür war das Tropfgeräusch in der Nacht dann störend
Bardzo duża wygodna przestrzeń dzienna połączona z tarasem. Piękny widok na plażę i port. Wygodne sypialnie z balkonami i łazienkami . W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne kanapy i idealne położenie. Czuliśmy się tam wspaniale i komfortowo.

The location is absolutely superb with probably the best view of the Colonia bay in the resort. The main room and terrace are beautiful. Its good to have garage parking too. It was good to have washing facilities and the olive oil and coffee were a nice touch in the kitchen. Bathroom products for you to use are also lovely.
The apartment is a little tired and needs some TLC. Marks on the walls, chips on the kitchen doors and our bedroom door handle fell off. There also was very little information from the hosts, nothing in the apartment other than wifi code. Also the kitchen could do with some more glasses, serving plates, wooden spoons etc.
Location was out of this world as was all of the outdoor space.
We liked the location - it was right on a lovely sandy beach so very easy to go swimming. There was a shop and a gas station nearby which was convenient. The property itself was well-furnished and had everything we needed for a long weekend (grill, washer-dryer, dishwasher, some beach gear, etc.).
Communication with the host was pretty difficult. Despite claiming she'd be responsive, she actually wasn't very helpful – several times provided us with the wrong details (e.g. phone number to call upon arrival was wrong, Wi-Fi password was wrong) but what was most upsetting is that she completely ignored our complaints about the pool. We had a maintenance worker come by to check Wi-Fi and A/C and he told us the pool had been broken for several weeks now – something the host didn't mention to us upon checking in. We're no pool experts so we ended up not using it but informed the host about the issue asking how come she didn't tell us. She didn't respond to us at all. Pretty disappointing because we asked Booking for a partial refund but they are claiming everything was working...
I like the location, the size off flat and terrace and the view
The flat need some repair, especially ceiling and walls. Some doors was not working.
The apartment was in a great location right at the beach and very close to the resort marina and restaurants
It has a lovely patio area great for eating and sun bathing with a splash pool.
The fit out out was high quality
Not too much to dislike about the apartment but if I’m being picky, the bed was a bit squeaky and there were no bedside units to pig my morning coffee on
The views from the terrace were amazing. The villa was perfectly located to enjoy the beach and the wonderful little community.
The maintenance of the building was a little tired, very low water pressure & toilet holders hanging off.
We lost power twice due to a fault with the dishwasher in the top apartment & the drainage in the showers were poor.
We understand that everything can’t be perfect all the time but for the cost we think the above mentioned could be better.
