Pros:

Очень уютное место! На первом этаже живет милая пара с попугаем, который очень мило разговаривает и создает чудесную уютную атмосферу у дома. Счастливы, что пожили в этом месте. Проживание здесь сделало для нас прибывание в Датче очень счастливым. Завтракали на балконе с роскошным видом на море, с цветущими красивыми цветами даже в ноябре. Удобные матрасы, все на кухне для комфортного приготовления есть.
Хоть хозяева не говорили по-Английски, мы все равно из полюбили! Чудесные люди! Спасибо вам большое за гостеприимство и за эти чудесные 2 дня!

Cons:

Не совсем новый ремонт, но нас это ни капли не смутило.
Было бы чудесно, если бы вы могли предоставлять масло специи для готовки, а то не очень удобно покупать на короткий отпуск.

Ganz tolle Terrasse und top Lage in Datça! Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Bett war bequem, die Küche haben wir kaum benutzt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr einfach, wir konnten aber darüber hinwegsehen, weil uns der Rest sehr gut gefallen hat.

Вид с балкона на воду. До моря 3 минуты пешком. Очень гостеприимные хозяева. По первой же просьбе принесли бокалы и для вина и для шампанского, дали порошек для стирки. Внизу живет классный попугай, с которым можно попрекрикиваться сверху и подурачиться.

Pros:

Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from the seafront, restaurants and supermarkets. We had a smashing view to the sea from our terrace. We were welcomed warmly and there was off street parking for the bike.

A restful first experience of Turkey.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the swimming beach cafes and shops. We loved the balcony and view to the sea and mountains. We found everyone in Datca very friendly and helpful. We loved the parrot in the courtyard below us.

Cons:

We were disappointed to find dirty dishes on arrival. No tea towels to dry the dishes. Communication with the host wasn’t good. Could never get any reply. We ran out of toilet paper and our message to request more wasn’t responded to.

Место отличное! Датча тихое спокойное место. Нет такого движа, как в других курортных городах Турции. И в тоже время вся инфраструктура здесь на высшем уровне. Нам нравится именно такой формат отдыха.
Очень просторные аппартаменты. Можно разместиться 7 человек. Мы были втроём и я вначале немного заблудился тут). Просторная терасса со столиком и креслами. Виды в сторону моря боковые, но шикарные.У нас был 3й этаж. Кухня оборудована всей техникой,посудой, холодильник и газовая плита. Есть тв ,кондиционеры. Парковка рядом. Апартаменты хоть и не на первой линии, но до моря 200 м. Рядом прогулочный променад. В Датче вообще все рядом))

Great location, lovely people very traditional
Pros:

The location was great. The family who ran the property were fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

They're was a parrot at the property who was lovely with the most amazing whistling especially The Good the bad abd the ugly.

Cons:

No air con in the double bedroom. However they did provide a stand up fan.
The cups and the glasses needed updating.
