En general no lo calificó bien, porque la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, es una grosería qué no te avisen, ni deberían de abrir, te arruina unas vacaciones, tenían plan con otro hotel, pero para nada es lo mismo, el horario era restringido. La habitación era pequeña y el baño no tenía buena pinta, el cancel atoraba, el lavabo esta afuera junto a la tele, no había cobijas, ni teléfono para hablar a recepción. El personal muy amable.

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones ya son viejitas, la TV no se podía programar, el control remoto no servía muy bien. Decía desayuno incluido pero solo era desayuno continental muy básico. Muy limpio, muy buen servicio. Poca variedad en el menú.

De entrada nos estaban diciendo que no estaba nuestra reserva y que no tenian habitaciones, se arreglo pero de haber sabido ni me quedo, inseguro cualquiera entra al hotel esta al paso y no tienen personal de vigilancia ni nada, las habitaciones muy muy austeras, era de noche y todo se oia de los pasillos
