Pros:

A személyzet nagyon baràtságos és segítőkész volt. Az elhelyezkedése is fantasztikus volt, minden látványosságot 1 km-en belül megtaláltunk.

Cons:

A reggelit keveseltük, illetve lehetett volna változatosabb.
Az ottani internettel pedig problémák voltak.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons été satisfaites pour le positionnement de l'hôtel et pour l'accueil

Cons:

Des situations ubuesques à chaque passage de la femme de ménage dans notre chambre: deuxième chausson disparu la première fois.
La deuxième fois : pas de serviette fournie
La troisième fois : pas de bouteilles d'eau fournies, on a eu droit à des couvertures troués et le couvercle de la poubelle a disparu. Le sac de la poubelle ne tenait pas sans le couvercle.
la tête du lit était un peu abimée.
La prise de courant à côté du lit également abimé. Noua avons décidé de ne pas nous en servir car à chaque utilisation de la poussière en tombait. Ce qui fait que de mon côté, je n'avais pas de prise électrique.
Le manque de table de chevets, certainement lié au manque de place
des travaux à faire par endroit (voir les photos). C'est un peu décevant de se trouver avec des murs abimés ou têtes de lits un peu abimés à l'hôtel

Pros:

Camera curată, exact ca în poze: televizor, minifrigider, seif, fierbător, uscător de păr, prosoape. Hotelul ușor de găsit, la 10 minute de mers lejer până la Moscheea Albastră. Parcare chiar în față ( este o parcare publică, am lăsat cheia de la mașină la unul dintre băieții de la recepție și s-a ocupat el de parcarea mașinii). Wi-fi foarte bun. În zonă sunt multe supermarketuri.
Ce am apreciat însă cel mai mult a fost amabilitatea personalului, felul frumos în care ne-a vorbit și ne-a tratat (deoarece camera era la etajul 2, bagajele au fost duse de cei care lucrează acolo, la micul dejun ne-au pus pe masă de toate, etc.).
Cu siguranță, când vom reveni în Istanbul, tot aici ne vom caza.

Отель очень понравился: чисто, удобное расположение в центре города, приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Меня встретили очень тепло, и за время отдыха здесь я чувствовала себя комфортно. Я провела в этом отеле 7 ночей, и в целом впечатления остались положительными.

Однако есть несколько моментов, которые хотелось бы отметить. При бронировании я дополнительно оплатила пакет, включающий скидку 25% на посещение ресторана. Во время первого посещения ресторана скидка не была применена, и только при следующем посещении этот вопрос был решён.

Также хотелось бы улучшить организацию обслуживания гостей, так как в некоторых ситуациях приходилось дополнительно обращаться к персоналу, чтобы получить необходимую услугу.

В целом отель хороший, но, к сожалению, в следующий раз я бы не выбрала его снова.

An incredibly cheap, great value hotel with outstanding staff and delicious food.
Pros:

Extremely kind, polite, and helpful staff. The food is delicious with an à la carte menu to choose from. Comfortable beds. Excellent value for money—you could say the room was very cheap.

Cons:

The bathroom amenities, however, for this price, it far exceeded what we are usually used to elsewhere.
