It’s amazing, close to city centre . Highly recommend .

Vi har vært på hotellet kun 1 natt. Resepsjonen var grei, men rommet var døra til toalettet ødelagt. TV også funket ikke. Var dårlig belysning i hotellet.

Die Fotos auf den Buchungsseiten sind wunderschön, aber der Zustand des Hotels entspricht nicht der Schönheit. Alles ist bereits veraltet oder funktioniert nicht und geht schnell kaputt. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht und das Problem wurde nicht behoben. Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden. Die Fenster im Zimmer und Frühstücksraum sind dreckig. Im Allgemeinen entspricht der Preis nicht den erbrachten Leistungen. Es ist schade. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage!!

The night staff (man with a broken arm) was so rude and not happy to help whatsoever with giving us basic necessities like towels and toilet roll when asked. Our room was not cleaned for the 7 days we stayed even when we asked. The man rang our room and argued with us calling us “disgusting” and repeating the fact that it is only a 3 star hotel not a 5 so we shouldn't expect anything better. He claimed he is only there to check people in and out of the hotel and it is not his job to help us. He just sat there watching movies on his laptop everynight. There was mould on the shower ceiling, the cabinet draw fell off randomly, the was a random ladies slipper under the bed along side other hairballs, dust and litter. We were never given basic necessities until we asked ourself and even then we got attitude given for “not asking the day staff” which we did but nothing was done about it. The hotel claims it is a spa but has nothing to do with being a spa and when we asked they made up an excuse. We didn't mind the lack of property facilities and conditions until the last day when the night staff man spoke so rudely to us in the lobby and then ringing our room that other guests heard and said they had been experiencing the same level of service.

I recently stayed at Les Lion Luxury Spa and had a disappointing experience. Upon entering the room, we encountered a cockroach. When we reported it to the staff, one of the members simply kicked it out with his foot, which felt very unprofessional.

The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. It was very dusty, and we found hairs on the floor throughout the room as well as in the bedding. The air conditioning unit was inadequate; it was too weak to cool the room properly. Additionally, the soap dispenser was empty, and the shower caused the entire bathroom to flood.

Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory due to these issues. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Staff were friendly helpful and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was truly wonderful. Thank you.

The biggest room had enough space for beds only, AC was working but temperature was warmer than outside. The picture posted is no reflection of the area. Overal pictures are not reflecting the inside or outside of the hotel.

Sentralt, hyggelig bemanning. Men mørkt, slitt, og lever ikke opp til navnet sitt om luxury spa. Fikk ingen info om spa. Søppel igjen på rommet, ikke skiftet sengetøy på putene. Ligger i en bakgate. Ville ikke anbefalt det videre.

c’est un superbe hôtel super propre Il est vraiment au centre à côté vous avez plein d’endroits pour manger. Honnêtement j’ai passé un super séjour petit bémol le service entretien n’est pas inclus dans le tarif. Ou sinon l’hôtel est calme mais vraiment calme est super propre

Ac at the rooms are not working probably we had to change the room but still AC condition was the same ,, other than that all is fine
