Pros:

朝食はお得感ありです。寝具の寝心地が良かったです。私には合っていました。

Cons:

当該ホテル史上初めてとのことでしたが、カードキーでドアのロックが解除出来ないアクシデントに遭いました。電気錠ですから故障はあるのは理解出来ます。再発行してもらったカードでもロックが解除出来ず、結果的に部屋を変えてもらいましたが、二回も部屋とフロントを往復しました。再発行したカードキーで解除すると思ったのでしょうが、一回目の不具合時で立ち会ってもらいたかったです。予期せぬ出来事への決まり事は大丈夫なのかなと、ちょっと思っちゃいました。また利用しますけどね。

気持ちよく過ごすことができた。
Pros:

部屋がきちんと清掃されていて、清潔感があった。ベッドが広くて伸び伸びできた。フロントの方が親切だった。

Cons:

朝食の一つ一つのボリューム感がなかった、ただバイキングなのでお腹は張ります。

朝食以外はよかった。
Pros:

部屋が綺麗。
清潔感があって良かった。
エレベーターが四機あって良かった。

Cons:

朝食の動線が悪すぎる。
何度もお盆をひっくり返す方がいて落ち着かない。
返却口の場所も気になった。汚いものを近くで見なければならないのも清潔感が悪いなと思った。
朝食の内容も残念でした。
ヨーグルトやフルーツがあると良かった。
