The reason I rated a few things higher than 1 star is because of the price tag. Anyways here is my take:
Pros: competitive price near airport, friendly staff
Cons: Property condition is average, ant were present so needed proper pest control, communication was zero as no response to the message I sent before checking in, parking is open so safety is not guaranteed, stray dogs on the street so be careful while strolling in the evening.
Great place to stay near the airport! I would stay there again for a short stay!

One of the Hotels which is about 20min from the KUL - Kuala Lumpur Airport and has parking onsite.
Great value hotel which is clean, safe and quiet. Walking distance to a number of shops/ restaurants and casual friendly atmosphere.
I have stayed here 3times already and must suggest to look into this hotel.

Clean basic hotel about 15 mins from Sepang International Airport and F1 circuit. Many food places including Malay, Thai, Chinese but did not see an Indian restaurant near-by. Would stay here again.
I am extremely disappointed in this accommodation. We booked in and booked out 10min later. Pictures on bookings.com are very deceiving. IWANT A FULL REFUND. i will remove my rating once my money is refunded.
Booked here for my trip to watch race in Sepang International circuit. Functional, very close to the circuit and served the purpose. Room was very very basic with a small window in the toilet only. No small towel, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no fridge, no slipper. There were some local restaurants nearby but going to the Mitsui outlet for meals would be a better choice. Served the purpose if you are looking for a place to crash and spending the day out on the track and other places.
This is 4 years old building, pretty much new, and clean. 15-20 min to airport so it is very reasonable the the area.There is no mini store near y by there are few stuffs in the lobby.
Staffs are very nice, friendly.
