Roomy apartment, but needs updating.
Pros:

The resort is lovely and well cared for. Great facilities. Very prompt service if you need extra things/things go wrong. The dishwasher broke and was immediately replaced with a refurbished machine. The service staff are excellent - friendly and efficient.

Cons:

This is our third visit: These are serviced apartments - it used to be daily - but now cleaning / rubbish clearance is dramatically reduced - we had to take our own rubbish to the bins up the hill - an inconvenience.
Other guests who disregarded the rules on unacceptable noise levels were tolerated, whereas we, were offered a move to a different apartment which we found unacceptable as it did not meet with our requirements. The apartments are now dated -whilst the basics are good, the furniture is dated, more electrical sockets are required, the old coffee machines have been taken away, but not replaced at all!! The apartments need a general refresh to bring them up to date.

Clean and exactly what we needed for our upcoming week stay. Would book again
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Service good. Lovely setting in Safari restaurant. Great option as checking g into our unit next day. Porter service pro.pt.

Cons:

Apartment only basic equipment in kitchen. Would have appreciated tea and coffee options.

Pros:

Podgrzewany basen przeważył, że wybraliśmy ten obiekt, bez względu na pogodę dzieci mogły się kąpać i kąpały mimo deszczu. Niestety trafiliśmy na deszczowa pogodę.

Cons:

Mrówki były w apartamencie, zarówno w kuchni , jak i w łazienkach.

Большие апартаменты, 2 балкона.Были в январе, есть кондиционер, которым можно было отопить. Для приготовления еды посуда была. На территории комплекса живут кабаны. Бассейн с подогревом, но из-за погоды не получилось попробовать (полотенца выдают)

Cons:

Ночью появились на кухне маленькие букашки в большом количестве. Не хватило освещения на самой кухне под верхними шкафчиками. У нас был смежный номер (дверь в соседний номер) и можно было слышать соседей

1 il n’y a personne pour te renseigner sur l’emplacement de la suite, tu restes perdu avec tes bagages. 2 on est venu on hiver c’était vide et ils nous ont envoyé à l’extrémité de la résidence, 3 une seule petite couverture pour 2 personnes

IDEALNIE, ogrzewanie, podgrzewany basen, duży apartament, świetne śniadania!!
Pros:

Byłem w styczniu, tak jak wcześniej ustaliłem było ogrzewanie w pokoju i działało znakomicie - wieczory są chłodne a w apartamencie było cieplutko - dodatkowy plus - podgrzewany basen - idealny na styczniową kąpiel gdy u mnie w Polsce było -19,5 :-)

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Nous étions dans le quartier santa barbara, l'appartement était magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine commune chauffée mais la toute petite piscine privée ne peu servir qu'à se rafraichir.

Cons:

Je regrette d'avoir pris la demie-pension parce que nous avions beaucoup moins de choix sur la carte.
