Unos días en familia y desde luego que repetiremos.
El personal, las instalaciones, la comodidad de la Suitte Premium de 1 dormitorio con vistas al mar en nuestro caso ha sido excelente!!
De 10 vamos.
Nosotros que somos exigentes en cuanto a calidad, el orden y la limpieza, NADA NEGATIVO.

Feels like a Mexican all inclusive
Pros:

Very ‘all inclusive’ feeling place with suites. Nice decor (ours was a signature two bedroom suite). Fully equipped kitchen, ‘warm tub’ in our garden. Kids club was a bonus for our daughter - she loved it. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant.
Nice pool areas and walking trails jus behind the hotel. The location is close to restaurants in Frengirola - you can walk. The gym is decent. We had comfortable beds and nice linens. Little store to buy groceries is well stocked.

Cons:

Weird closing times - pools closed at 5pm!! I wouldn’t stay here again based on this. The hot tubs - are not hot, and the jets turn off at 10pm. The food is very subpar - fried everything, we had to venture out to get some fresh salads. They also don’t do room house keeping - we got towels changed as we were in a signature suite - but I am guessing others don’t.

Top! Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und kurzem Weg an den Strand durch einen Tunnel unter der Autobahn hat uns ebenso gefallen wie die familiengerechten Poolanlagen. Dass die Autobahn direkt vor dem Ressort verläuft, ist zunächst befremdlich, aber man hört und sieht kaum etwas davon. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, insbesondere in dem bezaubernden Restaurant Safari! Oft wird zum Abendessen Livemusik geboten und wenn ein Gast beispielsweise Geburtstag hat, wird besonders darauf eingegangen. Jede/r, egal ob groß oder klein, wird individuell gewürdigt wie ein "special guest mit VIP status". Da es in den ersten Tagen Ende März noch etwas frisch war, baten wir um eine zusätzliche Decke, die sofort gebracht wurde.
Obwohl das Ressort riesig ist wie ein ganzer Ort, ist es keine "Hochhaus - Bettenburg", sondern durch seine verschachtelte Terrassenartige Bauweise eher wie eine natürliche Siedlung. Die Apartments mit Küchenzeile und Balkon sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und zum Teil mit Drucken berühmter Künstler dekoriert. Da wir als Familie angereist sind, konnten wir verschieden große Apartments "erleben" : das größte Apartment für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder war Luxus pur mit 3 Fernsehern, 2 Balkonen, 1 whirlpool in maurischem Stil, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Kueche und geschmackvollem Wohnzimmer. Je weniger Personen allerdings für ein Apartment vorgesehen sind, desto "schlichter" scheint die Ausstattung: für das Einpersonenapartment hätten wir uns beispielsweise noch eine Kommode zum kleinen Kleiderschrank gewünscht.
Hervorzuheben sind auch die barrierefreien Wege zu allen Gebäuden.
Das Guest Service Center bietet auch Ausflüge an und reserviert Taxifahrten

Cons:

Die Wände zu den anderen Apartments sind extrem hellhörig. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, hat bei lauten Nachbarn ein Problem.
Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, braucht einen Mietwagen oder ein Taxi, da die naechste Bushaltestelle etwas entfernt ist.

Bardzo fajna opcja. Pięknie, czysto, podgrzewane baseny nawet zimą.
Pros:

Pyszne śniadania. Świetny apartament - przestronny, czysty, rewelacyjnie wyposażony. Piękna zieleń na całym terenie. Ogromny obiekt. Cudownie, że mimo kiepskiej pogody (początek marca) na całym obiekcie były 3 baseny z naprawdę cieplutką i przyjemną wodą. W sezonie musi być tam bosko. Do basenu indywidualnego na wyłączność, który przynależał do apartamentu nawet nie weszliśmy bo woda była lodowata, ale miło było na niego patrzeć. Wspaniała obsługa. Mieliśmy problem z uruchomieniem jacuzzi w łazience i po 10 minut przyszedł fachowiec, który szybko rozwiązał problem. Pięknie urządzone wnętrza, ogromne i wygodne łóżka. W salonie było nawet playstation. Na plus świetny przewodnik z opisem obiektu i atrakcji w okolicy. Możliwość zamówienia pizzy na telefon do apartamentu. Byliśmy 3 godziny przed czasem check-in i pozwolono nam się od razu zameldować bez żadnej dodatkowej opłaty. Było to bardzo miłe. Personel dobrze tłumaczy mapkę. Bardzo chętnie tam wrócimy!

Cons:

Basen przy apartamencie był zdecydowanie mniejszy niż na zdjęciach. I z gorszym widokiem. W opisie było, że będzie widok na morze, ale nam się akurat trafił skrawek widoku morza (stojąc na palcach), a głównym widokiem był sąsiedni budynek. Szkoda, że podczas rezerwacji nie można wybrać bardziej konkretnego apartamentu (typu wyższe piętra, większy basen itp.)
