Il posto auto numerato dinnanzi alla camera

Il complesso potrebbe portare notevoli vantaggi se solo non fosse abbandonato. Ho riscontrato dall'ingresso, al bagno, alla camera sporcizia ovunque. Ragnatele in bagno e su tutte le lampade. Capelli sulle lenzuola e sugli asciugamani. Il lavandino del bagno otturato.
Mi hanno cambiato la camera immediatamente, ma la situazione non è chissà quanto migliorata. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare anche nell'ultima.

La camera era piena di muffa poi ce l’hanno cambiata e prima che si scaldasse era mattina. Nel bagno sembrava di stare all’aperto dal freddo che c’era, inoltre il terzo letto ce lo siamo dovuti preparare noi e il materasso era praticamente inesistente

Ambienti spaziosi, giardino privato ben tenuto con sdraio e ombrellone a disposizione, piscina di buone dimensioni e, nel mio caso, mai affollata. Zona molto tranquilla a 7 minuti di macchina dal parcheggio di Porta Parma a Sarzana.
Parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti e parti comuni molto curate, così come le villette.

Cons:

La colazione è nella media. La manutenzione degli arredi non era all'altezza della struttura, la porta del frigorifero era rotta, la porta del bagno non chiude bene perchè rotta in basso.
Nel complesso l'appartamento è molto spazioso, mancano alcune "comodità": in bagno mancano un piano di appoggio e qualche gancio per appendere asciugamani ed altro, in camera da letto manda un piano di appoggio.
Sono piccolezze, ma in una struttura così curata si fanno notare

Ho effettuato una prenotazione e mi sono recata sul posto intorno alle 21 (su booking il check era indicato fino a mezzanotte). Nella struttura non c'era anima viva e non potevo accedervi. Ho contattato la struttura più volte ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Ho scritto al numero wathsapp indicato ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Ho chiamato l'assistenza di booking e solo dopo una lunghissima attesa sono riuscita a parlare con un operatore che, a sua volta, ha tentato di contattare la struttura senza alcuna risposta. Mi è stato detto che se entro 45 minuti la struttura non avesse risposto mi avrebbero trovato un'altra sistemazione. Dopo oltre un'ora passata al freddo in un posto buio e senza anima viva la struttura si è degnata di rispondere fornendomi i codici di accesso

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione tranquilla immersa nel verde ma cmq non troppo lontano dal centro.

Cons:

Aumenterei di qualche cm la larghezza delle tende che facevano penetrare un po' di luce anche se completamente tirate. In ogni, caso è un dettaglio che non compromette il mio giudizio più che positivo.
