The staff are perfect, they are happy polite and will have a good old chat about anything, really welcoming and the food

Great pub but misleading / false room description.
Pros:

Pub was very good and food surprised, excellent quality and value. Public spaces all attractively updated. Staff super helpful and breakfast good too.

Cons:

Misleading room description - knowing there was a heatwave, booked this hotel based on ‘air conditioning’ stated in room description on booking.com. Learned on arrival that some rooms have a/c, but not all, so after 5h journey expecting at least a cool room, the room was instead 30c and the provided fan, whilst quiet, kept switching off through the night. Very disappointed and we felt duped.

Someone, OYO, the hotel owner or Booking.com is responsible for this misleading advertising (a description on booking.com is an offer that creates a contract so if it isn’t accurate it is false / misleading).

Good value for money, clean, friendly staff, great food.
Pros:

Full English breakfast was lovely. Choice of cereals, nuts, fruit, yoghurt, breakfast bars, toast.

Cons:

I would have preferred to pay slightly more and not have to pay a £25 charge for early check-in.

We booked a deluxe double room which is the wrong classification.Should be on as a single room ,bathroom you had to shut the door to get to the toilet it was that small .Room itself was only big enough to fit a normal size double bed and nothing else had no drawers and nowhere suitable to hang clothes . Overall dissatisfied

Not all rooms had air conditioning
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, close to where we needed to visit for work. The breakfast was good, dinner had plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We booked this hotel specifically because it was close to our place of work and because Booking.com advertised that all rooms had air conditioning.

We booked two rooms. One room had air conditioning, but the other did not. During extremely hot weather, this made the stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable. We raised this with the hotel staff, but they told us that not all rooms have air conditioning and that Booking.com had displayed the wrong information. They also said there was no other room available for us to move to.

As a result, we had a very poor night’s sleep and it affected us badly the next working day. If we had known that not all rooms had air conditioning, we would not have booked this hotel.
