Pros:

Great value for an overnight stay
Pros:

Cons:

Bathroom had foul drain smell which could not be rectified and no other rooms available. Also cleanliness not great, hair in shower.
Felt rushed to choose breakfast for next day as soon as we checked in

Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Second stay here. Lovely rooms. Everything you need, even in the small singles. Great outskirts location.
Friendly staff, even when they are busy.
Outstanding food - breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Parking is tight but I am lucky to have a small car.
Some mechanical? noise early in the morning.

Absolutely terrible experience and I would recommend anyone to run for the hills. You will have a better stay in laybye
Pros:

Nothing…. It stinks of sewerage!!

Cons:

My room Stunk of raw sewage and the staff lie !! They said I will get a full refund and then 4 days later wouldn’t accept it. The manager lied even though the staff said they wouldn’t let a dog stay in that room
Never mind a human. Worse is they said raw sewerage comes up and still sold me a room. The manager then Lied about my refund, and I am now out of pocket by £120. Booking.com should be take off this so called hotel and ban them. They took my money and they agreed to pay knowing that I left the same night I booked in. It’s a massive scam it’s stealing and fraud. Don’t USE this hotel!!

Pros:

Nice place, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Added bonus off street parking round the back out of sight, perfect for me as I was on my motorbike.

Happily stay there again.

Pros:

Had an evening meal here which was very good. Room was modern and bathroom was too. Nice decor. Staff at breakfast were efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Reception was not very warm from staff. Rooms are very small.

Perfect stopover for Tamworth

Great place to stay and would stay there again just for dinner
Pros:

Dinner was fantastic breakfast was great. The place is a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend

Bed was smaller then we are used to and the socket the air con was plugged into didn’t work so we spent ages trying to get it to work until we realised
