I didn’t like anything about this property!
The pictures shown were very misleading! Looked nothing like description shown on this app. There were human waste and dried blood on the bathroom walls. The floors were filthy as if they mopped with dirty water my socks were black!
Your employee Mr. John was Very unprofessional & prejudice the room I was give 107 was given with a working shower I sat for a week patiently with no shower until he decided to call city maintenance & then on top of that. Chaos he sent me a voicemail telling me he did want me on the property Anymore a day before my actual stay is up an tell me I have leave early an I continued to ask why he told I don’t have tell you a answer I don’t have one then walked off an slammed the door in my face & i also have this on video . & I plan on using it this guy need to be terminated immediately the highest rate of unprofessionalism & disrespect is a disgrace.

Roaches!
Upon moving to Georgia, we needed a temporary place to stay until we found an apartment. We went to 3 different InTown Suites but we were turned away due to them being booked. The sad part was that on the website it confirmed availability and it allowed me to hold a room just to get to each location and find out otherwise. After being turned away for the second time, I called the Intown Suites number that appeared to be a local number directly to the hotel. I explained to the representative what had happened at the last two InTown Suites that I had gone too. She said that she showed availability for a third location. I expressed to her that we had just made an 800 mile trip and I did not want to keep running around town. She offered to call the location. She came back on the line and claimed that there was availability which turned out to be a lie. Ultimately, we tried this location as a last resort. We were given a heads up to get there around check-in because any rooms that were reserved online but not claimed by 4:00 PM were up for grabs. We got lucky. However, the condition of the room showed ALOT of wear. Neighbors were very noisy. People sat on the steps and smoked marijuana like it was legal in Georgia. The police was there a lot. The maid came around once weekly to change your sheets but you are responsible for washing your own towels. This is just like having your own apartment. There is a refrigerator and a 2 Burner stovetop but no oven. There is also a microwave. You have a table with 2 chairs in the room. It is $199 a week plus tax and a $5 technology fee. Upon checking in there is a $50 deposit which is refundable when you move out. There is a laundry facility on site. You can use cash or a debit card to add money to a smart card which will be dispensed by the machine. After you purchase the card for $2 from the machine, you will be able to reload the card as many times as necessary to wash and dry. The washroom is small so sometimes its not enough washers or dryers to go around at certain times of the day. Overall, I don't feel that I could stay here again. There are too many suspicious characters hanging around at all times of the nights. I felt as though I was living in Watts projects. There were thugs and possible prostitutes everywhere. My family and I were there for approximately 7 weeks until we found a place.
