Excellent stay. Laundry was super handy. Staff lovely and spoke English which was very helpful.
Pros:

Location was excellent right in the heart of restaurants, zoo and train stations. Free drinks and taught us how to cook classic Japanese dish at night. View of the tower from our room.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little tight but had everything we needed.

Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und sehr bemüht. Gerade bzgl. des Kofferversands und während des Frühstücks waren die Angestellten sehr herzlich und bemüht. Auch wurden zusätzliche Events und Annehmlichkeiten geplant und sich über das Mindestmaß hinaus viele Gedanken gemacht.

Pros:

Very nice room, had everything we needed and even more - the feet massager was amazing thing to have after 20k steps. Helpful staff, the room convenient and with a great view. Happy hour was also a nice addition.

Cons:

The location. It’s right at Shinsekai and some might love it but we found the neighborhood too touristy and boring. The main areas we enjoyed was around 30 min walk, however the metro is very fast and convenient

Best hotel experience in Japan right now
Pros:

For people who smoke it was awesome to have a smoking room, made things easier. Shower was great and beds also were amazing. Staff treated you very well and we’re helpful if something came up that we needed help with. It was in a good area, train and metro very close and very good restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons:

Room size was a little small, with all our luggage. But it was manageable

洗澡的時候以為自己頭暈，後來發現廁所的結構有點歪斜，稍微不穩。
