Otelin konumu gerçekten çok güzel. Shinsekai bölgesinde olması sayesinde çevrede birçok restoran, mağaza ve ulaşım seçeneği bulunuyor. Konum açısından oldukça memnun kaldık.
Kahvaltı ise otelin en beğendiğimiz özelliklerinden biriydi. Oldukça zengin ve çeşitli bir kahvaltı sunuluyor. Özellikle kahvaltıyı otelde almanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Personelin büyük çoğunluğu son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle kadın çalışanların yaklaşımı gerçekten çok iyiydi; her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.
En büyük eksik oda temizliğiydi. Odaların temizliği konusunda daha fazla özen gösterilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu seviyedeki bir otelde özellikle temizlik konusunda daha yüksek bir standart bekliyoruz. Oda temizliği kesinlikle geliştirilmesi gereken en önemli konu. The hotel is right on the edge of the 新世界市場 area and very close to 通天閣. Guests can choose a small gift at check-in, which is a nice touch. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, and ours had a view of 通天閣.
The restaurant also offers happy hour and an evening buffet every day.
Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, although only one or two dishes changed from day to day.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, there were many varieties and it is very clean! The room was also clean as well and the environment was well and nice. I would definitely book this hotel again.
