Location, biger room, clean, friendly staff, good facilities
The room was getting very hot over night (and early morning - the window frames were hot and generating heat, there was even heavy condensation formed on the window) and we could not rest too well. There is AC, it's above the bed and noisy so i could not turn it at night to not wake up my girlfriend and vice versa. We usually kept it on before going to sleep with a lower temperature to compensate over night. It was better, but still not enough to get a good night's sleep. Some ventilation could help.
Convenient location
Staff could be a little friendlier
the hotel is 30 min walking distance from the city center and the staff is not friendly specially Maike and Atsuko. They let as pay for 10 min late than 11:30 even we do not the time of check out because they have bad communication. I believe there are better options than this hotel. I do not recommend it

The location is great if you don't want to stay in Dotonburi. Having a view of the tower was also really nice.
Tolle Ausstattung, freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück ! Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer aus und gut angebunden. Man bekommt ein Willkommensgeschenk und Getränkekarten.
Everything was excellent! We were very happy with our stay. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I especially liked the facilities, such as the hair straightener and foot massager.
I didn’t like that the room window couldn’t be opened. I would have preferred to get fresh air from outside, but we had to rely on the room’s ventilation system. Nevertheless, the air quality was still good and everything else was great.
Nice spacious clean room, comfortable bed and great location close to subway and right in shinsekai with all you need outside the doors
Breakfast was ok but not our favourite, it wasn’t bad it just wasn’t as good as we would have hoped.
The breakfast selection was excellent and very diverse. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Osaka, and I would also recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
