Very friendly and amazing.
Pros:

The food was great.
The server seems very serious so it doesn't feel very welcoming in the restaurant. But other than that it's all good.
The receptionist outside is exceptional. So that makes up for it.

Cons:

Our room only had cold water to shower. But Ive been there before and the water was hot. So I think they had a little issue this time. But I'm sure it will be fixed next tien. We will go back again cuz the beds are perfect and the service is excellent.

Excellent place, we have stayed here many times and always keep coming back.
Pros:

This is an excellent location in Merida right next to Clinica de Merida. The hotel has a nice restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

The room we felt could have been cleaned a bit better but overall we really enjoy this place.
