Ok
Pros:

Very good central location.
Staff very good & attentive at breakfast

Cons:

The bed was very very hard. Wasn’t able to sleep well. Has to be the most uncomfortable bed I’ve tried to sleep on.
The shower tray filled with water which meant we had to have a very quick shower otherwise it would flood the bathroom - we did report this

Great Place To Stay In Whitby
Pros:

The Dolphin Hotel is a great place to stay near the bridge in Whitby. Warm welcome from Gary, rooms were fine, with great views of the harbour. Good selection of beers in the friendly bar. Proper, freshly cooked breakfast, plus fruit, cereals etc. And all served to the table, including toast!! A lovely experience from start to finish

Pros:

The location etc parking always seems a problem these days

Cons:

I asked for an accessible room on original booking but ended up 3 flights of stairs into furthest room unfortunately. But I put that down to my changing the booking and it may have been overlooked
