Cleanliness and appearance
The room was large and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful.
Not much!
The location was great - a short walk to the fun shopping and dining but provided a quiet night’s sleep away from the city bustle.
Beautiful property, I really enjoyed the sauna, steam rooom, hottub, cold plunge and lap pool. The amenities in the locker room were wonderful. They have razors, shower caps, brushes, combs, hair products, q tips, hair ties and more.
Everything was great
was in the middle of everything. beautiful room loved the shower . service was excellent
Club not a hotel. Excellent surprise!
I waited 20 minutes to be checked in with no one at the front desk, making me late to my event. I had to ask the restaurant hostess to escalate the issue. It sounds like this wasn't uncommon. I waited again endlessly at check out with no one at the front desk. I called in advance asking if they had an extra charger which they said they'd let me know, and they did not have it but never let me know (I could've bought one ahead of time).
Overall, the space is nice but the service isn't. Not worthy of the price and won't come back.
This hotel was beautifully designed, the amenities are amazing, the staff is friendly, and there are a lot of things to do in the neighborhood.
Hotel was great, good amenities. Beautiful room and bathroom. Free snacks and drinks!
Was difficult to figure out where to park and how to enter hotel. Requires better instructions for entry.
Hallways super dark. Fine for gym folks but not appropriate for young teens . No privacy in bathrooms. Servers at dinner restaurants were not very attentive unless you had a larger party. Gratuity was added in automatically but called servce fee with another line to add in tip. Kind of deceptive.
The entry to the hotel felt like a speakeasy. The room was spacious and clean. The workout facilities and pool were outstanding. The one downside was the loud music playing until 1:15am adjacent to our room, which when I asked about it, we were told only happens every other Friday.
Spectacular hotel inside a gym/private club. The only downside is not having a straightforward front desk directly from the main street. I had a great time using the pool, sauna, looking forward to staying there again.
Check in shows on line as 3 but room was not ready until 5:40 so was not able to make my 6 o’clock dinner reservation . Otherwise nice set up just make not of unreliable check in .
From the time the Valet opened my door when my family arrived until the time the Valet closed my door when we left, I was incredibly impressed about the “customer experience”?that was evident by everyone on the staff we met. From “Z” who greeted us at the front desk to Raavi, who served us one of the best pizzas I’ve eaten, to Armoni, who showed us around and made sure our room had everything we needed. We were there to take our son to CHOP, but because of the staff’s amazing focus and the fantastic amenities, my wife. My son and quickly I forgot why we had to be there and started dreaming of how we can bring our whole family back to the Fitler Club for a visit to Philly. Thank you to Jacob Smith for fostering and promoting a culture that truly has the customers experience in mind.
The staff and all interactions were superb. No request was too big or too small. Armomi, Emily, Wyatt, Kyron, Eric and Shakira were each exceptional.
I do have one recommendation. The lobby art should be lit. The Mel Bochner and Rashid Johnson artworks are not in my opinion lit in a way that celebrates and acknowledges the beautiful artworks on display.
Wow! What a find! Unbelievable gym and lap pool, coffee service at no additional charge including cappuccino etc, staff so so accommodating, no charge car rides anywhere, and the rooms were so big and quiet. Plus, the facility is an art gallery, with amazing works displayed throughout. We will return often!
The amenities are nice but their parking charges are way over the top. Like you have to pay $25 for even thirty minutes unless you are a member… No complimentary anything. Not sure if I ever want to revisit.
