Pros:

We had stayed there feed years back. It’s deteriorated and not kept well.

Cons:

Over priced for the quality of room. Water temperature was always an issue and when staff was notified nothing was done. Room was deteriorated and over priced.

Cons:

El personal no era nada profesional. Al momento de mi llegada, me querian cobrar mas de lo que era mi reservacion. El cuarto que me dieron apestaba a drenaje. Al momento de bañarse la primera persona, la regadera se tapo y se salia El agua hacia la recamara. El olor del cuarto empeoro. Cuando llegue Les pregunte sobre El desayuno incluido que segun la publicacion proporcionaba, y El encargado me dijo que comensaban a servirlo a las 8:00 am. A la mañana siguiente que fui a preguntar nuevamente me dijeron que no incluia nada de desayuno, que la publicacion no era cierta y que los "encargados" sabian pero NO hacian nada Al respecto.

Confortable stay, would stay again.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice pool are although we did not use the pool because it was cold in the evening when we got there.

Cons:

We booked this hotel because it says it includes breakfast and and there were 4 of us, when we checked in and inquired about breakfast they said that changed a couple months ago and we would have to pay extra. I showed them my reservation on my phone that stated breakfast was included and they still did not honor it or offer a discount. We went for breakfast somewhere else.
