Everything, Check in was easy, Rooms were great, Staff were great at all levels, reception, cleaners, Bar, all were fist rate and a credit to the hotel. it was a 10/10 visit guys, thank you :-)

Location is ideally located, to get to airport early in the morning. A bus comes past every 30 minutes to take you to the airport.
Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Complimentary tea and bottled water.
Lobby is nice and clean.
Has a bar and they use Starbucks coffee if that floats your boat
Neelam was very welcoming to me as a silver Bonvoy member and also gave me a lovely 2 pm check out.
The hotel is not too large. So, it’s easy to navigate around and to your room
Rooms aren’t too large in themselves. However, they are clean and cozy
It was difficult to adjust the temperature on the thermostat. So, I was cold and the comforter/blanket did not feel too heavy and warm.

Waking up to find that the lifts, exit and main reception were layered with the stinking vomit from the previous nights party goers.

I needed to park but staff were not able to pre book this, saying it’s on a first come first serve basis. There were plenty of spaces but it would have been a serious problem for me had there not been.
