I booked this hotel as I thought it was at Heathrow... it is not. I also booked it because I could park there, I checked that parking was added to my bill and was told it was then was charged a huge penaltycv vc

The upgrade to junior suite with a great view of the runaway opposite was extremely soothing and relaxing
While we checked in, I was allocated a room as usual, however when I got to the room, IT WAS OCCUPIED already, and I walked in on a guest who had already been checked into the room prior.
People need to pay more attention while they're checking in their guests, as this is nit great service at all.
Breakfast was self service so a typical buffet ; nothing special. Very similar to a Ibis buffet.
Loved the Roof top Bar and Restaurant looking over Heathrow Airport.
Everything, Check in was easy, Rooms were great, Staff were great at all levels, reception, cleaners, Bar, all were fist rate and a credit to the hotel. it was a 10/10 visit guys, thank you :-)
