Cons:

When we left the around five o''clock in the morning we asked about a taxi to Terminal 2 on Heathrow. The receptionist said that his colleague could take us. But then he charged £40 for the fare which is a ripoff, we paid on the previous day £13 for the same drive for a taxi with meter. I did expect the fare to be slightly higher because of the time of the day but not triple the price. This really damaged our stay at your hotel

Excellent stay, very much recommended
Pros:

The facilities were in perfect condition, and everything was very spacious and comfortable (especially the beds, as well as the sofa bed). A shuttle bus to the airport was also offered at a very low price and was easy to retrieve (multiple times in the day).

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better.

Pleasantly surprising stay before early morning flight.
Pros:

Very surprising, great size room, comfortable bed, really nice toiletries provided. Food at sky bar was really great too. Perfect for an overnight stay before catching a flight

Excellent hotel at Heathrow
Pros:

Great hotel close to Heathrow Airport, part of the Hoppa bus schedule. Excellent room with a very comfortable bed and a very nice updated bathroom. Good amenities as well. Check in was easy and quick. Will stay there again when I am in London.
