Not too happy about AC with the amount I paid

Cons:

Had 5 room, AC didn’t work in either superior rooms we have booked, no enough replenishments products, tissue roll was ordered, has to be ordered several times, took hours

The green light from the smoke detector, or whatever it was, was extremely annoying in the bedroom. It was really bright and kept me awake.

The shower design was poor, the water filled the basin very quickly and poured over onto the floor.

Unusable bed in Courtyard Heathrow
Pros:

The bed was well beyond being usable (room 333). The mattress could (afterwards) well be seen leaning towards the left. And when sitting in the left side of the bed you could feel the foundation. Impossible to get any rest on this mattress throughout the night.
To add, at around 5AM there was a significant hammering noise seeming to emanate from the airconditioning system, along with high pitch noises. Disappeared after around 20 minutes.
Front desk staff seemed not to care too much.
