Great location, nice looking hotel

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable, along with only feather pillows, did not sleep at all, bed was tilted on an angle and felt like was rolling out of bed. Zero sleep

Do you like sleeping in an active nightclub? Then this is the hotel for you
Pros:

Location was great and easy for airport access, bed was comfortable and room was a decent size.

Cons:

The heavy glass door to the bathrooms were an interesting design choice, so heavy. The biggest issue is that after traveling and hoping for a nice quiet rest before my morning flight my room was over a courtyard where a wedding was taking place. It was like sleeping over a nightclub that went on until midnight. Really unpleasant and would not recommend based on what is an obvious design flaw of the hotel.

Pros:

i booked double room with clean and tidy normal washroom they give us accesorize washroom room was also unclean sheets are dirty overall is just wastage of money i booked before 4 days and they say us that day we dont have rooms available we just have accesible rooms i booked double room they spoil our special day its my husbands brdy and they wasted everything i am so disappointed with everything the staff is so rude and misbaved

Great Hotel Near LHR
Pros:

This was a surprisingly good stay near London Heathrow. The rooms were large like in the US and the restaurant and bar options were really good. We particularly liked the Indian restaurant on the top floor overlooking the main runway at LHR. The food was some of the best Indian I have had. There was also a nice bar with outdoor seating for a late night pint. I would stay here again leaving out of LHR. And the bus service to the main terminal was on time and easily arranged.

Cons:

Overall, a nice stay!
