Average airport hotel there are better options
Pros:

Mostly the pleasant attitude of all staff

Cons:

F&B offerings. V limited. The paid airport shuttle un reliable ( don’t cut your timing short) you will miss your flight
Timings insufficient and as not not reliable.

During my stay at the hotel, one of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by, Leah. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away.

Leah went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect—checking in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive, and offering thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Her knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate special requests really stood out.

What impressed me most was her positive attitude. Even during busy periods, she remained calm, friendly, and professional, treating every guest with the same level of care and attention.

It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine and effortless. Leah truly elevated our experience, and I hope the hotel recognises the value she brings to their team.
