Nothing all good
Good location, nice room, reasonable parking cost overnight (£15 for 24 hours). Good breakfast with lots of choice. Pleasant atmosphere.
No 24 hour room service, all food stops at 22:30, which is very poor for an international airport hotel. Kiosk very limited so only had a packet of M&Ms and a pot of porridge to eat. They advertise the roof terrace, but it doesn't open until after check out time. Was hoping to have morning coffee and watch the planes before I left. Disappointed to say the least.
Cleanliness, comfortable, polite and helpful staff. Good, spacious rooms. Quick checkout process. Great for a quick overnight stay before departure!
Very basic amenities provided in-room. Could have added more (for e.g. cotton earbuds, dental kit), without having to ask for it.
The second room check-in was delayed. However, staff were helpful about it.
Meals - more in-hotel dining options should be provided. When we arrived, there was only 1 option that we could order from (others opened after 4:30 pm or something). Being vegetarians, this meant a highly limited choice of items from the menu. So we had to plan to go out and get something rather than stay in the hotel itself.

Very bad attitude from the staff plus room was mouldy smelly and so much noise from room next door.
