Nice and comfortable but short sold on city view
Pros:

Amazing staff.

Cons:

I booked a city view room but had a view of a building directly in front 112. A little weird but didn’t want to say anything.

I did have issue with my booking. Booked through booking.com and used company name but they did sort it.

Warm, friendly and comfortable!
Pros:

It was a very nice and welcoming hotel, with friendly staff. As a solo traveller I felt safe there. My room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfy that I overslept and nearly missed breakfast!

Cons:

I wasn’t keen on the location, but it was fine as the city view made up for it.
