Comfortable rooms, in university quarter and within walking distance of central Birmingham.
Spacious family room, well priced for family of 4.
It was busy when we stayed and breakfast time was busy. The buffet corner is quite small for the amount of people and it was crowded - if the buffet area was expanded a little it would make things better. Also a lot of the foods were in small containers and as a result were running out all the time - small complaints but with a few tweaks breakfast time would run more efficiently and make for happier guests and staff!

Ruime kamers, goede bedden en fijne douche. Ligging was prima. Ontbijt was prima, wel was de eetzaal klein en waren de etenswaren snel op. Het personeel probeerde het wel weer zo snel mogelijk aan te vullen.
Al het personeel was even vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Clinical smell in room. Room was akin to student accommodation. Restaurant was closed on Sunday when we arrived and this was not indicated on the hotel
description (one of our main reasons for choosing the hotel was for its restaurant facilities). The parking is a much further walk away than mentioned the hotel description (again this was another reason for choosing the hotel). There was nowhere to park outside of the hotel and we had to park on the pavement to quickly offload our luggage. My partner then went to park as it was too far to walk with the luggage we had.

Communication is very poor paid for breakfast every morning it’s a big problem for my sister to receive her breakfast. The smell in the toilet was really bad I have to move at the end. I booked all together five rooms all have issues on them.
