Comfortable, accommodating, and luxe.
Pros:

It was great! Really lovely staff, large and comfortable beds, great tv services, clean bathroom. I book here whenever I have to come to Birmingham for work and it’s such great value for money.

Great room but the hotel needs to be more upfront about what’s included!!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Cons:

It suggested on the list of facilities that parking was part of the package. In fact it cost £12.50 for an overnight stay.

Pros:

I actually booked 2 rooms. A standard room for a guest and a suite for myself and husband. We stayed here on our wedding night after having our wedding at the adjoining venue and it was perfect. The room was spacious and modern, staff were friendly and attentive - I enjoyed my time there. Wouldn’t definitely go back.

Cons:

My only negative would be to have more breakfast options. Perhaps a variety of cereals as those not having cooked breakfasts were limited.
