our phone line super bad, WiFi also sometime Cannot use, shower water sometime strong, sometime low, breakfast not so much of choice.
Near to beach and viw was wonderful and clean and neat

The property is very centrally based with great blue views. Also great swimming pool & food. The staff is super friendly
The room condition can be better at the price can be upgraded a little bit but good facilities overall

Good location
1. I paid RM518 for a two nights stay at the hotel during the mid week. During mid week low season, you could have the whole swimming pool to yourself. Also you could have the beach across the road from the hotel all to yourself. Great value.
2. All the staff from manager Mr Chan to their doorman are very friendly and helpful.
3. Hotel is well kept and clean.
4. Breakfast which is included in the price is acceptable.
1. The bathroom towels, bed sheets and pillow cases are a disappointment. It is too dated and need to change. It appears to me that the white towels, sheets and cases are too "stale" to be used again. You cannot run even a 3 star hotel using those items looking like a secondhand ones. Otherwise I would rate the hotel 10/10.
