Os quartos e banheiro eram amplos e confortáveis, bem aquecidos (fazia bastante frio) e fica bem localizado, numa rua peatonal (então é ruim para carregar malas grandes). Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com pagamento, disseram que por causa da situação política do país não aceitavam bolivianos, apenas dólares (escreveram antes mas não vimos, pois não se preocuparam em confirmar), depois de solicitarmos muito fizeram uma cotação menos desfavorável e pagamos em bolivianos, mas isso causou bastante estresse.

Buen hotel pero revisen bien lo del pago
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Baño inmenso y con el agua más caliente que he sentido en mi vida. Está ubicado en un lugar perfecto para conocer el centro histórico. El desayuno con unos huevos con tocineta deliciosos. La casa es muy linda y acogedora con un patio central precioso.

Cons:

El único problema fue el pago. No teníamos efectivo y tuvimos que pagar con tarjeta. Como la tarifa que aparece en booking es en dólares y la tarjeta la pasan en bolivianos, nos cobraron una tasa tan alta que terminaron cobrando el
Doble de lo que costaba. En la noche cuando recibí el mensaje de mi banco, noté la gran diferencia. Afortunadamente en la noche estaba el dueño (creo) y al hacer el reclamo me devolvieron en bolivianos la suma extra que me habían cobrado. Mi conclusión es que toca pagar mejor en dólares para evitar problemas pues Bolivia está pasando por un momento complejo y nos les conviene recibir en tarjeta los Pagos (parece que eso lo dicen previamente en un mensaje a todos los que reservan), pero como nosotros reservamos con tan poco tiempo de anticipación no nos alcanzaron a escribir. Comprendo que deban cobrar un poco más por pago con tarjeta, pero lo nuestro fue excesivo y si no hubiera revisado mi cuenta, se habría quedado así.

Pros:

La calefacción y agua caliente. En Bolivia el sistema de calefacción es muy variable o simplemente no hay, pero en éste hotel no sentimos nada de frío 💕
El desayuno estuvo completo y delicioso 😋
