Отель - комфортный, с хорошим месторасположением.
Наличие кухни придает дополнительные удобства при длительном проживании. Комплимент в виде нон стоп кофе и напитков-очень приятный бонус. Кровати и постельное белье чистые и удобные!

Cons:

Плохое качество уборки номера😡 Пыль практически не вытирается, окна грязные, пол не моется, мусор выносится после просьб( в номере есть мини кухня и естественно какие то продукты питания).

Die Ausstattung war sehr zufriedenstellend, der kostenlose Kaffee am Morgen war gut

Cons:

Ich hatte einen Wein aus der kühlbox genommen und wusste nicht wie oder wo ich zahlen konnte.
Die Balkontür klemmte und konnte nicht gekippt werden, daher war es sehr warm.

Für eine kurze Übernachtung ist es OK. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch. Eine Frühstücksbox, die morgens vor der Tür deponiert wird.

Durchdachtes Konzept mit Luft nach oben was die Reinigung betrifft

Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und funktional eingerichtet, hat mir gut gefallen

Cons:

Leider gab es im Wohnzimmer ein Fruchtfliegenproblem. Außerdem war die Reinigung gerade noch okay. Viel Staub in den Ecken und Krümmel auf dem Boden.

Pros:

Отель достаточно неплохой. Здание в хорошем состоянии, чисто. Номер был небольшим, но достаточно уютным и тихим. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта и несколько заведений общепита. Соотношение цены и качества приемлемое.

Cons:

Ничего плохого сказать не могу, но мое нахождение в отеле ограничилось одной ночью, возможно, что-то не заметил.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage in Solingen war gut.
Alles war sehr sauber.
Ausreichend Parkplätze
Der automatisierte Zugang an der Haustür hat sehr funktioniert.
Die Onlinebuchung hat auch so kurzfristig sehr gut geklappt.

Cons:

Durch die fehlende Duschabtrennung, wurde beim Duschen, selbst mit größter Vorsicht, das gesamte Bad unter Wasser gesetzt.
Ein Zimmerservice und ein Wechsel von Hand- und Badetücher nur alle drei Tage wäre bei längerem Aufenthalt nicht tragbar, alleine schon wegen dem zuerst genannten Punkt, da man die Tücher braucht um das Bad wieder trocken zu legen.
Die Betten waren viel zu hart.
Bei der Getränkestation wäre noch ein Ausguss gut um Reste entsorgen zu können, ebenso wären Einmalhandtücher nicht schlecht. Dadurch, dass die Tassen und Löffel, offen auf dem Tresen standen ist das mit der Hygiene so eine Sache. Es gibt ja leider auch echte Schweine unter den Menschen.
Es gab keine Information darüber, wann das Frühstück geliefert wird. Für uns kam es dann recht spät, da man als Tourist ja noch einiges vor hatte.

Pros:

Vylozene rekreacni ubytovani. Prostorne, s terasou do zelene, relativne nove zarizene, sikovny kuchynsky zarizeny kout. Absolutni spokojenost. Dokonce i parkovaci misto jsme ve dvore jeste nasli. Check in bezkontaktni. Dobra kava z automatu. Lidl za rohem. A spousta moznosti na vylety kolem.
